Shimelle's Head in the Clouds has some perfect papers for Fantasyland and Magic Kingdom in general, refugeepea. Forget about making it cohesive: the parks and lands are so different from one another. It's the whole fun of going to Disney resorts: the variety of detailed theming and immersive experience through all these different universes. For Disney park classics, I'm going to recommend the latest Simple Stories Say Cheese collection, Main Street. Picking up some ephemera and stickers with the Main Street buildings, classic treats, castle is a good idea despite the "German flag" colour scheme as I call it. You're going to have so much fun scrapbooking these photos! I highly suggest playing a Disney movie in the background or finding a playlist online of WDW music when you get to it. It's a lot of fun soaking up the atmosphere, even if only through pictures.

I agree the say cheese line says not match anything actually in Disneyland or WDW. I don't buy any of the themey paper either, I just use what is in my stash to keep it cohesive I use black paper for the backing of all my layouts. You were going to have so much fun! I will also say I end up with a scrapbook for each of the four parks at wdw. Please do yourself a favor and get the memory Maker it is amazing and the stock photos are fantastic. I have no shame in using some of them.

Yes. I go for 10 days though and take a ton. Of photos. Can't get enough of the Disney details! I was typing this morning while trying to get ready for work, I should have said I use black cs as my base for all my layouts. Gives it a cohesive look without being too matchy matchy.

refugeepea Not sure how far you can stretch your scrapbook budget for this trip but since your family's going in December, the parks will be all decked out for the holidays (my favourite time of the year for Disney park visits). Silly moi forgot to recommend the stunning Christmas-land kit from Andrea Bethke's Fairytale Club. This matches the holiday vibes from Disney parks so well.

I have a nice stash of Disney stamps, but I'm always looking for more. I really like that first set you posted, but the 2nd wouldn't get much use for me. ^.^

I did find that when I was browsing on my phone, but found it difficult to navigate. I do much better on my laptop.

Yes. I go for 10 days though and take a ton. Of photos. Can't get enough of the Disney details! It's four days at Disney World and one day at the beach. I hope they get everything accomplished. Does anyone else find it weird it's Disneyland and Disney World? I'm going to have to remember to keep it separate.

Has anyone tried the stamps by Social Paper Plan? There are some cute Disney sets, but I never hear anyone talk about them.

Does anyone else find it weird it's Disneyland and Disney World? I'm going to have to remember to keep it separate. [ It is technically Walt Disney World, he passed away while before it opened so I think they wanted to honor him specifically. I believe there was an other intended name, besides Florida Project which is how they referred to it. I just typically type WDW to make it easier , but yes it is weird. The weirdest part is what I call the Disneyland Park in WDW is called the Magic Kingdom. And I still call the one park MGM instead of Hollywood Studios. 4 days is a quick trip, I hope they are doing one park each day and not hoping to hop around, it takes an obscene amount of time to do that. Just prioritize what they want to do first and try to get that done. A bad trip to Disney is better then a great trip anywhere else, in my opinion!

honeypea & Skellinton I got my stamps late last night! They are good quality and stamp well! I ended up getting some of the Disney stamp sets and the duos, which are obviously more detailed. I also got some Disney ephemera. The ephemera is a nice cardstock and super vibrantly printed. I'm happy about my purchases and will watch for more to add to my collection. My only gripe, and it's my same gripe for PP is the plastic the stamps are mounted on not being connected. I have to washi it, but it's obviously a minor gripe. ^.^

I searched and Googled and did not find these metal dies anywhere else besides Ali. I had a temp job that ended at the end of June, so I have got a few things, PLUS I'm not going to Disney World. I may have got carried away with the Mickey heads, but I can change the look of them! They will be good for journal cards. I already bought this stamp set from scrapbook.com
It's tempting, but I think I have enough other stamps that have that same feel or look as that one. Not sure?!
I got this from scrapbooking for less.com and it has a Disney feel, but I can use it for regular Christmas pages too.

Ladies, I am requesting some pixie dust for tomorrow! I am finally getting my DL trip this October (KNOCK ON WOOD! Cross your fingers, spit in your hat) and tomorrow tickets go on sale for the Boogie Bash. I know the chance of them selling out the first day is insanely unlikely, and goodness knows I have various hotel reservations covering the entire month of October, but we really want tickets for a specific date and I am helping to get them tomorrow.
I am just so excited I am finally getting to go! Positive thoughts it all works out, right now it is hard to believe it can finally be happening.
