My Solar Yellow Jeep Renegade is named Sunshine. I love the looks of the Renegade and love jeeps, used to have a Liberty. twistedscissors What model do you have? How do you like yours? Does it have good get up and go? Mine is a 2016. I really like it. I got four wheel drive, goes great in snow! I can’t remember exact enigine without looking but I got a “bigger” 4 cylinder and it has plenty of get up and go with decent gas mileage still. I get about 26 mpg around town.

I prefer to put styling product in while hair is wet so it spreads more evenly. My fave right now is Paul Mitchell Volume Whip. Then in the morning I would put a few drops of Biosilk Silk Terapy Lite on each section as I curl or straighten.

I'm sorry. My mom still doesn't believe I actually have sleep apnea. Even after being diagnosed by a pulmonologist and using a CPAP for six years. It sucks when no one believes you. It still hurts when I breathe hours later, like there’s something sitting on my chest.

Solutions: a) change the grass over something that is not deadly to you. b) hire a yard service- let your Dad complain about the cost-it's your money to spend and your life to live as safely as you can. We priced something similar to Astro turf. Costs more than my house. My allergy dr basically said never go outside. But I can’t stay inside if mom won’t leave my door shut either.

That is nice that he cuts the grass for you. Can you tell him that while you truly appreciate it, could he please do it on a day when you are working? I’ve tried. He don’t believe in allergies. I take several daily meds plus shots and carry an epi pen. He still don’t get it.

Can you go somewhere while he mows? Take your mom out with you. I was here less than 10 minutes while he was actually mowing. But inside my house smells like grass where my mom was in and out so many times. They were gone almost an hour before I got back, walked straight inside the house with a shirt over my nose and mouth. I’m having a reaction just sitting in my living room.

I wish my dad would understand that I have a deadly allergy to grass. But he’s old and thinks allergies are made up. He insists on mowing my yard on my day off. My mom comes with him and runs in and out the door 54322244 times talking to him. So now even inside my house smells like grass. I used to pay to have my yard mowed while I was at work and he complained that I was spending money. I’m spending more money now on meds and dr visits.
I’m sitting here an hour later gasping for breath, nose stopped up, eyes watering and throat all scratchy.

We are clean bathroom people too. Never understood the ick factor that most people have. We have three daughters that share a bathroom, so no way we could have carpet. They are not clean bathroom people! ![](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) I do love carpet (not a fan of hardwood), but not in our bathrooms. But we are messy carpet people too, our family room carpet is disgusting!
You did a great job! I thought the before pictures were after because both look so good! Thanks for sharing the pictures. I love makeovers. What a nice stand on the bathroom counter. Now I want to find something like that.
I got it at Hobby Lobby.

I love both versions!! As for carpet.. I have carpet as well.. I wouldn't do it again, but we never have had any of the issues that I hear about on here. I have throw rugs down that cover the main areas. We are very careful getting in and out of the tub, so there is no mold or icky build up. When the kids were little we always just threw towels down when taking a bath to cover any potential big splashes. Our toilet has ran over once or twice, but it was just water and we have a steam cleaner to get it quick. It does need to come up because it is just getting old but otherwise I guess we are clean bathroom people. There is a couple of stains from hair coloring and a tiny bit of nail polish... but for as old as it is.. that is pretty minor. We are clean bathroom people too. Never understood the ick factor that most people have.

Thanks for sharing! I was planning to redo our master bath while DH and my boys are out of town visiting DH’s family. I’m not sure I will have the time now, but I love looking at inspiration. I definitely want to attempt to paint our cabinets and see how it goes. I painted the cabinet in one afternoon. Chalk paint is so easy, dries fast and it very forgiving. No prep work except wash down to make sure it’s clean. Two coats of paint and don’t stress over brush strokes. Then sand out imperfections and distress to your preference. Two coats of polycrylic. It dries fast too cause it’s water based. I even made my own chalk paint from leftover wall paint I had used in another room. 1 cup flat paint, 4 T water, 4 T calcium carbonate (I ordered it from amazon). Mix and paint!😁

I love it! Will you please share how you did the cabinets? I keep telling my DH I want to paint all of the honey oak / golden oak in our house. I want to start in our half-bath. I figure if I hate it I can always just replace the whole cabinet because it’s such a little one. The cabinets were done with chalk paint. Two coats, sanded to distress, then two coats of polycrylic. Painted it in just a few hours. Chalk paint is so fast!

I love the cabinets! how did you do them??? what materials did you use??? I'm also kind of surprised at the carpet in the bathroom. my inlaws have it and it puzzles me. when i saw your before pics, I thought for sure it would have been removed in your after!! The cabinets were done with chalk paint. Two coats, sanded to distress, then two coats of polycrylic. Painted it in just a few hours. Chalk paint is so fast!

Very pretty, but all I can see is the carpet... In a bathroom. I love the bright colors. I love the bathroom, the colour is wonderful, but I’m kinda fixating on the carpet too. I’ve never seen carpet in a bathroom before! Doesn’t it get... soggy? 🙂 Nope, no problems with getting soggy. Never had a toilet overflow on it or anything. If it did, I own a shampooer so it would get cleaned immediately. We like carpet cause we go barefoot most of the time.

I really miss the daily BB threads here! So far I like Tyler. Can decide if I like any of the girls or not. I hope Winston doesn’t go home tonight just because he’s from a town really close to me. Gotta root for the hometown guy!

I was just reading the description and it says "underwire cups are free of lining and cookies" lol Also I have one like this and it usually ends up about 4 inches lower so it looks like I have four boobs and my nipples are exposed. Wow, I’ve never had that problem with this bra. Maybe you need a smaller band?
