My craft room is the same color as the rest of the house. A light beige-ish color. It is actually a 2nd master bedroom and it is attached to a bathroom so painting it would require painting all of that too. No thanks. I am ok with how it is. All of the bedrooms (& bonus rooms) in our home are en suite (with baths & walk-in-closets). Wall colors in the bedrooms (& bonus rooms) are not the same as their attached baths &/or walk-in-closets. Therefore, IMHO you could easily change the paint color in your craft room without repainting the bath &/or closet. Given your whole house, including the bath & hallway, is a neutral/beige, you could paint the craft room any color you wish! What color would you choose?

... I still love the idea of the colour swatch lines ... I also appreciate the concept of the Color Swatch collections (& wish other manufacturers with a non-vintage/floral/etc. aesthetic offered them).

Yes; like kitbop, I have a small inventory of basic edges purchased 15-20 years ago. Both EK Success Binding & Round Binding are my most used border punches, although Fiskars Upper Crest may be my favorite!

For the moment I scrap in our study/office, and those walls are a dark beige. ... My scrap room is an empty room waiting to be refurbished right now. ... And I'm going for a wood ceiling. ... In a few years' time, probably marine blue, with no boxes. The marine blue with wood ceilings evokes a boardwalk theme (that coordinates with your avatar beach scene)!

As a spinoff of this thread, what color(s) are the walls in your craft room/space? If you were to re-paint the walls today, would you chose the same color(s)? If not, what color(s) would you choose, & why?

Thanks for your responses. My top three:
Bazzill: It's been my favorite cardstock & the base of every layout for two decades & counting!
Simple Stories (non-vintage collections): I appreciate the classic patterns in usable color palettes & tag paper in each collection for its reverse (i.e. plain/lined/grids with patterned toppers & contrasting hole reinforcers).
Echo Park: I also like its classic patterns & usable color palettes.
Honorable mention: Pinkfresh (non-feminine/floral collections, especially In A Creative Bubble collaborations): I like the white backgrounds, modern aesthetic/designs, & cool color palettes.

... I'm not really keen on things like anchors, steering wheels, lighthouses, star fish, seahorses, crabs, sailing boats etc that seem to be in so many summer kits. I have plenty of them in my stash, but never use any of them. ... Given scrapbooking is a copycat industry where the same icons/sentiments/etc are repeated throughout each collection of the same theme on a loop, they certainly become tiresome fast!

Cocoa Vanilla - Fantastic non-pink/floral collections that really fit my style ... Unfortunately, like Pinkfresh, Cocoa Vanilla seems to only release one non-feminine/non-floral collection with a cool color palette per year!

At the moment: Simple Stories, although not the vintage lines, and I'm kind of over the harvest gold, pink, and aqua color scheme they keep using. ... Simple Stories - Overall I tend to enjoy SS and consider them a favorite. I probably have more SS supplies than any other manufacturer. That said, the last year hasn't been their best (with a couple exceptions). I'm also one that is over the pink/aqua/mustard combo they have been "all in" on over the last year. I'm also glad they seem to be past the "boho" collections - the colors were too muddy. .... Same regarding the mustard yellow/pink/aqua & muted/muddy/earthy boho color palettes, which are both often combined with a shade of cream.

I'll go old school.. do they even make paper anymore.. but Bazzil was my very favorite for cardstock. ... Although American Crafts acquired Bazzill in 2014, the brand still exists & exclusively offers cardstock (e.g. ACOT, SB.com).

Ledger print papers - Note a search for "ledger paper" at SB.com (ETA: here) yields 144 options in different styles & colors on the front or reverse sides of patterned papers from various brands. Game tile letters - I'm only aware of "Mosaic" Thickers. In addition to natural wood (as Linda linked upthread), they also are available in pink (7 currently in stock) & grey (1 currently in stock). HTH.

I really like three of the papers and the washi tape. Most of the patterns are way too big for me. It's too bad there isn't a 6x6 or 6x8 pad available. ... This collection offers a 6x8 Collection Pack, which "includes 24 sheets (2 each of 12 double-sided patterned papers) plus 2 extra patterns on the inside of the cover sheets." HTH

"RULES" VIOLATION: It has not gone unnoticed that some of you - you know who you are! - are trying to count a manufacturer, American Crafts, as one brand. Note each brand under the American Crafts umbrella - e.g. American Crafts, Shimelle, Vicki Boutin, Paige Evans, Maggie Holmes, Heidi Swapp, Bo Bunny - is separate for the purposes of this thread (which is a challenge to prioritize your top THREE favorites &/or most-used brands)!

Thanks for your responses. Although I dislike the 1990s pink/turquoise color palette for a holiday collection, I like the versatile plaid ( here) in the Cat Nip collection. However, nothing is added to my wish list.

At a quick glance, I noticed in the lower right corner, "Triumph - BE SO GOOD THEY CANT IGNORE YOU," is missing an apostrophe in the contraction. It’s “graduation the fututre belongs to you” that is the misspelling referred to, I think. The missing apostrophe seems like a font choice. Good eye! "Fututre" is likely the misspelled word referenced (& IMHO the lack of apostrophe in the contraction is another spelling error - & reason to choose a different font)!
