In the context of my entire post, the addition of an embellishment pack devoted to florals is further evidence of the floral trend. I have no issue with the existence of a floral embellishment pack, especially considering how many scrappers seem to like/purchase it (given it's often among the first products to sell out - & actually be restocked - at online retailers). I also wish the floral embellishment pack would have replaced the floral-adorned icons/images/letters/etc., instead of just adding more florals usually to collections - regardless brand &/or theme - already blooming with them...UGH!

IMHO the biggest trend - probably due to its influence on my (lack of) purchases - continues to be the oversaturation of florals (ETA: as discussed here): Flowers bloom throughout most collections, regardless of brand &/or theme, & adorn various icons rendering them unusable, such as ghosts, oversized reusable tumblers, a paintbrush, camera/luggage/luggage tag/globe, etc, plus the recent addition of floral-only embellishment packs (e.g. SS Crafty Things: Floral Bits & Pieces) & more. UGH!

While I've never attended a CM event or purchased its products, your corner rounder likely isn't done chomping paper yet! To re-sharpen paper punches, it's recommended to punch through aluminum foil (i.e. use multiple sheets or fold a single sheet several times to make it 2-3 ply/thicker) or an aluminum can (poke a hole in the can & cut it lengthwise to make it flat-ish, then punch over a trash can; be careful!) after every ~100 uses/punches. [Similarly, re-lubricating the blades by punching through wax paper is suggested after every ~50 uses/punches.] HTH.

[Note I exclusively scrapbook & create layouts only with a simple, clean, linear, minimalist, magazine-ish style]

How often do you use: 
- Cardstock stickers: Occasionally (i.e. mostly versatile labels/borders/tabs & rarely heavily-themed sticker sheets)
- Puffy stickers: Rarely (since most shapes/icons are heavily-themed & letter packs lack enough frequently-used consonants/vowels)
- Die Cuts: Rarely (purchased ephemera, since it's often heavily-themed); Often (manually die-cut shapes/letters, using metal dies)
- Chipboard: Occasionally (Thickers, purchased more than a decade ago); Rarely (purchased/printed chipboard shapes/icons since usually heavily themed); Never (plain chipboard)
- Enamel dots: Occasionally
- Frames: Never
- Tags: Often (using metal dies); Occasionally (cut-aparts, such as Simple Stories Tags); Never (purchased/blank tags)
- Acrylic shapes: Never
- Wood shapes: Never
- Sequins: Never
- Twine, string, etc.: Occasionally (twine only, in tag holes)
- Ribbon: Rarely (in tag holes)
- Metal charms: Never
- Paper flowers: Never (although the one glass bottle of various Prima colors has been used as craft room decor for ~20 years!)
- Washi tape: Never (on layouts); Often (to secure metal dies before cutting, stencils before inking, etc.)
- Rub ons: Rarely (still have some Making Memories letters!)
- Brads: Never
- Buttons: Never
- Film strips: Never (purchased/acetate); Rarely (using metal die)
