So much in that video that is despicable - the treatment of Mr. Cooper, the treatment of the dog.

The least important, but the one I face all the time in my town is the dog off the leash thing. Why does everyone think that doesn't apply to them? I wish I had his guts to call someone out on it - but then look what happens!

Also, that dog belongs with someone equipped to take care of it. The way she handled it!

I'm glad that man recorded, because she FULLY weaponized her whiteness. Like, immediately.

I read this last night and was horrified. Who does that? Who tries to get someone killed-by-police because they ask you to leash your dog? Racist bitch deserves to lose her dog (which she already did) and have some ramifications at work too.

I saw this video on Twitter yesterday. I agree that the racist bitch is only sorry because the video is out there for the whole world to see. She deserves every bit of the fall out and backlash she is receiving.

Olan, you said the other day that you didn’t want me to talk to you and that you weren’t going to engage over my comment/question. Yet, you did on the thread.  I let you have the last word, even though it was a blatant lie. 

If you are going to start following me around and commenting, I refuse to just sit here silently and let you continue to be a lying jerk. 

So, make your your mind.  Do you want to have a mutual “no engage” pact, or are we going back to where we were before and ”talking” ? Because, if you continue, I will respond.

It was creepy watching her turn on the whimpering little damsel in distress voice to escalate the situation with the dispatcher. I've seen a couple of women do that before, turning on the whimpering, voice cracking, damsel in distress act, like flipping a switch. Both trying to get a man who crossed them "punished" by good samaritans in a crowd. That's personality disorder territory. And combined with racism? And involving the police? Dangerous and scary. Like swatting. Weaponizing the police to punish or terrorize or otherwise harm someone. With a definite agenda, and she had to know that it could have led to him being shot, or thrown into a jail, during a pandemic. And then the dog. Holy shit. The dog's welfare stopped existing to her during her little performance, it was just a thing. Yeah, that crazy bitch gives me the creeps and I hope she is made to suffer consequences. And get psychological help.

I am glad the dog was taken from her, she clearly should be in some sort of time out from people as well.  What a horrid woman.  

Although the way she treated her dog was HORRIBLE, I think what I quoted above is what disturbed me the most. The way she progressed throughout the call was disgusting and if you were on the other end of that call the picture in your head had to be so much worse than what it was. The only thing causing her grief was her dog and that's because she was choking the poor guy the entire time.

This is the apology she provided to NBC New York:

“I sincerely and humbly apologize to everyone, especially to that man, his family,” she told the network. “It was unacceptable and I humbly and fully apologize to everyone who’s seen that video, everyone that’s been offended… everyone who thinks of me in a lower light and I understand why they do.”

bold is mine - she is only sorry she got caught. I don't consider that an apology. Apologies worded this way only imply that the receiver is wrong to be offended by the action. Accept some responsibility.
