First of all, thank you for the envelopes of holiday joy! I haven't opened any yet - I'm saving them for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day. Next, my cards are finally all postal. I mailed the international early December and sent my first batch of domestic ones soon after. I was congratulating myself on being so prompt and then I slipped on the ice, tweaking my back and reaggravating my sciatica. For over a week I was unable to sit and craft. Needless to say, I got behind. So for the recipients of the last 11 cards that I just mailed, I'm sorry your merry messages will likely be late. I'll try to do better next year. Please, no apologies. We all went into this swap with the understanding that people would just do what they were able to do. No pressure! And no need to worry about doing better. Whatever you did was GREAT!!!! I didn’t even hand make cards because I didn’t find the time, so you outdid a number of us. (((hugs))) and Happy Holidays!

I don’t think that you have a thing to apologize for. There are lots of years when I did my cards DURING Christmas break. The thought and the sentiment is still there, whether we read the cards on December 15 or January 15. It’s all good!

Many of you should have or be receiving my holiday cards. I have received many myself. I joined both groups and wasn't able to send out about 40ish cards. For those that didn't get a card from me, expect a card in the next few months just to brighten your day.
May the season be bright and merry for every Pea in the land.

Not all cards created, blessed and mailed on time for us all to receive pre-holidays to enjoy and/or critique at our leisure!? For shame! Of course, I hope you know I'M JUST KIDDING!!! Don't feel obligated, that's not what this was about. If you want to send random cards later/late you don't have to but I admit it would be a welcome day brightener if you do. Happy everything, y'all!!

OMG...I hope you are feeling better. I suffered from sciatica and it is not pleasant. Go easy on yourself, we are all jsut happy to get cards whenever we get them. They have really brightened up this holiday season.

I definitely need more addresses to unload the number of cards I've been making.

Happy everything, y'all!! LOL! I was thinking of reprinting all the addresses and sending random cards throughout the year. Card making is what is keeping me sane during the pandemic. My friends are probably getting tired of a monthly card that says "I miss you and can't wait to see you again." I definitely need more addresses to unload the number of cards I'm making. I will make sure that you get a random card sometime in the new year.

I have held on to the list & will be doing the same. I'll start with the few folks I missed in the initial send out, then also send to the rest of you through the year. I love making cards & I am tired of them sitting in a box.

Do you think it would be possible to maybe do a birthday card exchange in a similar fashion? I would love to get cards on my birthday, and would love to make someone smile by sending cards out. Maybe just do it by months instead of actual day?

So many thanks to all of you! This is the first time I’ve participated in any sort of exchange here and it has been a lot of fun! I think a birthday card exchange would be great
