Has anyone received their Black Friday orders from her shop? There’s been a little chatter on another thread but wanted to see if this was something that a bunch of other people were experiencing. It’s almost 6 weeks since these orders were placed and paid for and there has been zero communication from Khristina. No notice of a delay, shipping issue or anything else yet she continues to post daily videos and even a shop update with a new class!

Wow. To be safe I would mentally cancel the order and dispute the charges now. That is no way to conduct business. It feels like stealing to me if she is not shipping or communicating anything, but conducting the rest of her business as usual.

I haven’t ordered from her shop since early November. I do watch her lives and heard her talk a bit about the shipping. At some point she stopped shipping USPS due to some issues. She also has mentioned she’s better about responding to DM. So maybe start there. Or catch a live video and ask during the class.

I’ve reached out and got vague responses weeks ago. Now nothing. Others have said the same thing. Radio silence. I just wish she’d be upfront and honest about whatever the issue is.

She said this week she had shipped everything . So now the delay is out of her hands and is in the hands of your postal services. I think she got behind as she was trying to satisfy so many people. and getting the Advent calendars done and sent. She reached out to her scrapbooking community and now has help. She is a wonderful person ,she really is. She has taken ownership of the issues in 2020 and has made changes for 2021 so that it will not happen again.
She is being very transparent . She has motivated me so much these last couple of months. I look forward to her monthly kits that are made specifically to meet my needs and wants. I look forward to her daily videos , and try my best to do her challenges

If she has said all orders have shipped then perhaps she wasn’t completely transparent. A post stating what the status of orders are 6 weeks later would be appropriate if she doesn’t have the time to respond to email.

The advent group had a post that all pending orders would be shipped this week. Not sure what week “this week” is (post was on Dec 31 I think). I have outstanding orders but no shipping notice. Communication other than her videos would be nice, since I don’t have time to watch all of those.

No response to my emails. A quick post on fb regarding the shipping status would be really appreciated. I can be patient - shipping delays, covid, holidays, kind of like a perfect storm is understandable. Lack of communication is not.

She may have been transparent about the advent calendars, but she has not been transparent about Black Friday orders. No communication at all regarding them. eta - totally unrelated but I find the ads for random stuff on her home page distracting and annoying. Not sure if they can be blocked with an ad blocker? If I’m on her website, I don’t want to have too look at unrelated ads. Also the fb link is broken. Sorry, I’m kind of cranky tonight apparently. I just posted on her fb page, the Jan 1 post about the kit club. I tried to be polite. I messaged her on FB a little earlier today and she told me they are being mailed this weekend. I already got an order I had placed after black Friday.

Other than a casual comment in a few videos there has been no explanation of anything. 6 weeks is ridiculous. No where on her website did it say place you order now and receive in 6-8 weeks. What if we had purchased things as Christmas gifts??? Honestly, I thought that a post here would have been enough to call her out on the shenanigans but apparently not. I’ve been reluctant to go to my credit card company to file a dispute because I truly try to support the small business owner. I have no idea if a dispute would have other repercussions for her.

Six weeks? Yikes. If you have a business, you need to communicate. I know lots of people are okay with knowing it will take six weeks if they know upfront.

Good Luck! Last summer, I had questions about swag bags from a stash palooza class and I had a hard time getting communication too. She kept saying they would be shipped, she was working on it, they were going out this weekend, blah, blah when I actually could get an answer. She was definitely not transparent. I never received the swag bag. I will not be ordering from there again.

I sent her a message through Facebook. Here’s her answer Hey Anne! I’m so sorry that I didn’t see your email. I am working on those orders as we speak and will have everything out just as soon as I possibly can. I am so sorry about the delays! Thanks so much for your patience! I guess the orders were not all mailed over the weekend.

Still nothing for me. So disappointing. Same here but she says on her video yesterday it’s all been packed up and ready to ship. 7 weeks. 7 weeks! What I have realized is that there is a small group of people that have gotten December kits and I can’t even get my Black Friday order.

If she communicated through email by sending updates and responding to customers, I would be a lot more understanding. I’m OK waiting for an order if you tell me and I don’t have to search through Facebook or watch a video to find an update.
