This is one of the weirdest scrapbook store related stories I’ve heard in a while. I’ve never heard of her and I’ve never ordered from her, but there I was watching a YouTube video from a dt member about what’s going on. I’m sorry for anyone who still hasn’t received orders— especially ones going all the way back to Black Friday. For your all’s sake and sanity, I hope it gets sorted out very soon.

From what I can gather there has been an increase in the number of people reaching out to the dt or just posting in general about non-delivery of orders and she finally realised the issue was not limited to just her or the other dt members. I think she showed a lot of integrity in posting this video and I hope a lot more people see it. Khristina posted this on her Redefined Kreative FB page earlier today: The comments on that post were just as I expected, full of "I don't mind waiting", or my personal favourite, "Good people will understand". I get that life sometimes throws you a curve ball, but she needs to remember that what she has is a business. Surely it can't take that much to add a banner to the top of the shop advising people there will be a shipping delay of up to 4 months, or just advising that no new orders are currently being accepted. And for the love of god, stop doing daily live videos and fill some damn orders.

I did see a couple of comments on her fb post suggesting that she stop with the daily videos and use that time to fill orders (the income portion of the business!). They were pretty respectful, but I bet they will be deleted. I’m so glad I finally got my orders and am done with it. I’m amazed it is so widespread and really respect Laura for posting about it, not just because it alerts people to the issue, but also because it gives people a safe space to share their stories, since the fb groups either have hand slappers or the posts get deleted (my inquiries got deleted, but they finally prompted her to reply to my messages and ship my order). I just can’t imagine that a business owner would prioritize daily videos over shipping product to paying customers, and that she would continue to post new products or restocks knowing she wasn’t filling orders. All with absolutely no communication or responses to inquiries. Just wow. I’m all for supporting small women-owned businesses, but they need to hold up their end too. It’s support, not charity.

There is no accountability or apologies in that post. Sure, take of your family but she is still running a business. From what I have read, there has been nearly no communication from her to her customers or DT. It's unfathomable that she is still accepting orders and advertising classes. There's a post on that FB thread that they signed up for a class scheduled to start in February and they are still waiting for supplies. It's a terrible situation. On a side note, I had not heard of Laura before but I watched a couple of her other videos and like her content. I'm always happy to have a new scrapbooker to follow.

She is beyond delusional and her fangirls are giving her way too much latitude so she is completely taking advantage of them. On a side note, I had not heard of Laura before but I watched a couple of her other videos and like her content. I'm always happy to have a new scrapbooker to follow. I've been watching Laura's videos for awhile and she has such a calm demeanor and even though her style isn't something I'm drawn to, I just enjoy listening to her process and watching her create.

She absolutely should post a banner on the store about the delays (great idea Chinagirl828) and cut back on daily videos until orders are processed. No one should be getting hand slapped for wanting their orders from a business. There are ways to handle delays professionally but asking for prayers and spending time on daily videos are not among them.
