I sent her another message on fb - a little pusher and mentioned I was thinking about disputing the charge. Here’s her response. Hey girl! We are working thru them as fast as we can. I know that’s a super vague answer but I don’t want to give you an inaccurate date. You definitely don’t need to dispute anything....I’m happy to give anyone who requests one a refund but would much rather be transparent and honest that I just simply got super behind between the holidays, COVID hitting my family, and a huge number of orders. I know how frustrating it is and I am so so sorry! I swear to you that I have never not fulfilled an order....you will get it! It’s just my timelines that I’m a disaster with. I am hiring some help so We are working on getting it all resolved and moving. I so appreciate your patience with me! WTH. Hasn't she been still mailing new orders out? Honestly, at this point Id be blowing up her social media. This is unacceptable.

If not, I would blatantly ask on the page who has placed an order since Christmas and has received it. From the sounds of this thread she has a monthly order that goes out. If people have ordered since Christmas and have received I would be very blunt asking publicly for my order to be prioritized and sent out tomorrow. If not, dispute the charge.

I posted a couple of questions over the last month on her FB page. No one else seems to be asking. Her fan girls are a little over the top. Her post on Jan 12 about the delayed shipping had a lot of comments like there’s no rush, take your time, it will be like Christmas when my package arrives etc. One fan girl even posted it’s OK, I’m glad because of the shipping problems that you didn’t send it, so it couldn’t get lost. I posted one slightly pushy comment or question, she deleted that one.

The obvious thing as a business owner at this point would be to put your order at the top of the list and get it in the mail to you today, and that's without any thought as to how she should be compensating your for the inconvenience. I'm so mad on behalf of anyone who is still waiting for an order to be shipped, especially when I see her daily live videos are still appearing in my fb feed. Definitely a bullshit answer. No way should she continue to do daily live videos until her paying customers have been attended to!

I don’t think problems shipping timely is a new thing. I gather that most of the people who ordered her advent calendar did not get them on time. The product description for that said it would ship by Nov 20, but they apparently didn’t go out until Nov 30 or Dec 1. Kinda hard to have a December advent start when it’s not even shipped until December! I saw a few post they didn’t get theirs until after Christmas. So I’m not buying all the excuses. Yes, covid may have set them back a few weeks, but those BF orders should have been out before that even hit her family. She just sucks at fulfillment apparently. If she’s truly getting help, maybe that will improve things.

Her package already arrived from Australia, but ours have not even shipped. Beyond disappointed. Her husband was supposed to be helping, that didn’t move things along. I’m not sure if she’s really getting help or if it will make a difference. I’m guessing she will be working on sending out February kits soon, or January, if they haven’t already gone out. I think our orders are way down at the bottom of the priority list, below the kit club, fb lives etc.

I do think from customer comments here and on another board that she will eventually ship the items. It might take a while, but I do think we will eventually get them. She might also be willing to issue a refund, but I would rather have the items than a refund.

If I was a cornflake business owner and my customers encouraged me to take my time shipping items that I took and probably already spent their money weeks ago, I guess I would continue doing what I was doing. No need to change if everyone is ok with it.
File a claim. Stop letting her treat you this way. Let her know it is not ok.

I totally understand wanting the products which are presumably things you can't get anywhere else, but her lack of action and communication is unacceptable in my view. I really hate that we're willing to give scrapping businesses a free pass on poor practices.

I'm still baffled paying customers are willing to wait 2 months (& counting) for a retailer to fulfill/ship an order. An owner with an ounce of business acumen would have either not processed payments during the holiday season until orders were shipped OR promptedly offered a refund if orders were not fulfilled/shipped in a timely manner due to unforeseen circumstances. This owner reportedly continues to offer excuses (while simultaneously managing to maintain a social media presence & mail monthly kits on time), rather than commit to a date for customers to receive orders they paid for months ago. My concern would be the owner is biding time until the deadline to dispute the charges expires.
IMHO there's nothing in that shop worth the aggrevation. I suggest cancelling the order & requesting a refund from the company OR disputing the charges with PayPal/credit card due to lack of receipt of an order that was paid for over 2 months ago with no communication regarding an estimated date of fulfillment or shipment.
