She’s been busy doing this: /?d=n But if she’s looking to ‘expand’ her business with a creative team she really ought to have a fulfillment team to back it up. Maybe they can help with social media and daily “lives” to free her up for order fulfillment. One can hope. PS - I’m glad to see Adam on the team. His work is great!

I registered here just to add my cents to this subject, I’ve been lurker for a long time. I joined her Kreative cuts club when she started it. The monthly kit items were always late. After 8-9 months of this, and still having not received threefold the kits, I canceled my sub, and I emailed her why. No sorry or anything. After another month or so I received two kits mailed together. I thought she owed me one more but I kinda gave up on getting it. Then January 31 of this year I get a notice that my order from December 30, 2020 was shipped! I could not believe it! Kristina Sorge is horrible at shipping, which is a big part of her business. I just received the kit today, one year late! There is NO excuse for this.

I saw the design team announcement on instagram and recognized the name from this post but never opened it because the last thing I need to know about is another scrapbooking store. It is mind boggling and infuriating that she thinks it's ok to just not ship out orders and worse, not communicate with her customers. And I hate that fan girl crap...take your time. WTH is that!!

I did receive some extra goodies, a stamp set from Rosies studio, a set of thickers and a set of flair from Cocoa Vanilla studio. I hope everyone else receives their order soon.

That is really crappy customer service. People who start a business but then behave as though it’s just a side hobby drive me crazy. You can’t just work at it when you feel like it. It’s tough out there for small businesses so you’d think she’d want to have excellent service. After hearing about her shipping issues I’d never order from her. Thanks for the warning.

I messaged her today and asked her to just ship out what she had ready. Last she told me was that she was waiting on one thing. Just shove some extra stuff in the box and ship it out - or don't, and just ship it out already! Her response was "okie dokie"

She did actually ship it awhile ago and then there was an issue at the post office where mine and about three others were damaged somehow by the po, so she had to remake some of the things that would be in there. She said today that she is trying to dig out of the hole she is in right now. That they had such quick growth in their company that they didn't expect. She mentioned that she is trying to find someone to help with her shop. That said, I am not giving her an out about it. I have actually received an order I placed close to the time of the one that is still missing. So yes...that is where we are. I have a lot of patience and it's not like I'm dying for supplies, but I did finally tell her to ship it today with or without whatever. No shipping notice yet...

They can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against you FTC
