I posted on the washi tape thread and another one from yesterday asking about the Black Friday orders. I’m beginning to think we’re not going to get them - she doesn’t have the items or something else going on? I’m thinking about filing with my credit card ot pay pal, if it’s not too late.

I’ve thought for a while she didn’t actually have the product in hand which is part of the delay. But really at this point I think it’s just really lousy customer service. I paid with both my credit card and PayPal so I guess I will need to dispute with both methods or at least start with one. Again today another shop update with new product. Makes me wonder.

I’d rather have the orders ship and take my chances with the mail. With tracking, it’s unlikely that they will get lost. The shipping might be delayed but not nearly as long as she’s delayed them.

Seriously? Unless she disclosed when you made your purchases that she would be delaying shipping, she took YOUR money in bad faith. And it is not because I am impatient. I hardly ever need anything right away. It is the lack of communication, ihe ignoring of customer questions, deleting questions, and taking it upon herself to decide when is the good time to ship items. I bet you did not pay discounted shipping prices either. I don't know why I am so invested in this LOL.

If there are several peas here still waiting and paypal is her preferred payment method, filing a dispute with them could get her account closed with paypal if enough people complain. At this point, it is beyond an acceptable time frame. I understand wanting what you paid for, especially if it was a bargain, but dangling carrots isn't a good excuse for operating a shitty business. She's probably long since spent your money but you don't have the goods you paid for. Your time to dispute is probably getting close to running out, too.

I’m getting them done as fast as I can just as I posted yesterday. My husband has taken the week off to help me so it won’t be too much longer. Thanks again!
It doesn’t feel like as fast as she can, 7 weeks later. Or when she has time to send out January kits, post lives and other stuff.

On Jan 5, she said she would ship them as soon as she possibly could. The 2nd message on Jan 12 said basically the same thing. I sent her another message asking for an exact date. The earliest they could ship is Tuesday, Jan 19, with the holiday on Monday.
The fan girls on her fb post saying take your time, we understand, we don’t mind etc are really annoying. I wonder how many of them are actually waiting for orders? Maybe she shipped theirs first?

I’m on another scrapbook board and just discovered her shipping is always late. She only recently sent out Nov & Dec kits. She will probably eventually send the Black Friday orders, but we will probably have to wait even longer.
I think she cuts the acrylic and wood veneer pieces herself, I’m thinking she has not made them yet. That might be part of the delay. I just wish she would communicate better.

Better communication would definitely be nice. Maybe some updates or indication that she is actually working on packing and sending boxes. Seriously. I saw the fan girls post that it will be just like Christmas when we get our orders. I thought, yeah probably so, since it will likely be December 2021 by the time we get them!

Hey girl! We are working thru them as fast as we can. I know that’s a super vague answer but I don’t want to give you an inaccurate date. You definitely don’t need to dispute anything....I’m happy to give anyone who requests one a refund but would much rather be transparent and honest that I just simply got super behind between the holidays, COVID hitting my family, and a huge number of orders. I know how frustrating it is and I am so so sorry! I swear to you that I have never not fulfilled an order....you will get it! It’s just my timelines that I’m a disaster with. I am hiring some help so We are working on getting it all resolved and moving. I so appreciate your patience with me!
