Yes, family comes first. That is not a problem. BUT Stop taking new orders until your caught up! Stop doing frivolous things (videos ) that don’t pay the bills & fill the orders as customers are the heart of your business.

As I said before I won’t even watch her because of this. People have been waiting MONTHS for things.

She is incredibly polite both in her video and in each of her comment responses. She says many complimentary things about the shop owner, even after being blocked. The fact that the owner has removed her & blocked her without any attempt at a conversation says way more about the shop owner and the lack of honor in her intentions.

If she had good intentions but hit a rough patch she would communicate with her supposed friends, not block them. Weird.

Poor Christy. She even posted here (on the previous page in this thread) offering to try to help customers. It’s all just sad to see.

Sara Scraps posted a fb live in the Rediscover Your Stash group that she created with Khristina, mainly talking about the future of the group and that Khristina left it. I was wondering how Sara would be impacted.

As stated upthread, I have never purchased from this shop & do not participate in social media. I remain baffled that customers, who've already paid for their orders, do not demand refunds or dispute charges after a reasonable amount of time especially without communication or responses to order status inquiries. 

This business' practices seem in violation of at least a couple federal trade laws (see here). The owner's latest statement (as posted in this thread) demonstrates her lack of business acumen & the reason too many consumers are hesitant to purchase from small businesses, especially those owned by women. If family is her priority over fulfilling orders placed within the last 15+ months, then how did she have time to scrap/film daily, create a design team, reorder/restock items, & other business functions? Further, I find it disrespectful to announce an alleged restock of items & attempt to solicit more business from the same customers she's pleading with ("please please please...") to give her additional time to fulfill their existing orders, especially after reportedly closing the shop the day before!

I really feel for the entire design team.  They've been put in an impossible situation that was beyond their control or knowledge and basically hung out to dry by someone they considered a friend.   I read a bunch of comments on the DT videos and Laura said at least 100 people messaged her, someone on Sara's FB live is out $260, and then there's the people waiting for product for over a year.  

I don't know what kind of person is able to this and still face her fans with daily videos.  How can so many people see the DT's videos, read the comments and be A-ok with all this.  People will always amaze me.  

JavaJones - Agreed. Perhaps the money collected from Black Friday orders financed her holiday shopping or travel & she either hasn’t generated enough in sales since then or only orders the wholesale minimum for products needed to fulfill certain orders. It seems prioritizing online friends’ orders over other customers has kept her afloat because fellow YouTubers continued to purchase from, collaborate with, & generate business for her so other customers felt they had no recourse within the scrapping community when their inquiries were deleted/unanswered. After all, Studio Calico successfully started, grew, & continues to operate its business using the middle school clique model.

That being said, does anyone have a list of all the people that were on her design team? I'd like to give them a follow on whatever social media they share since they seem to be getting hate from the owner's fangirls.

RK from what I VB understand is doing what can be done to fulfill orders but that being said I’ve heard of lots of customers asking for a refund and finally getting a resolution. I hope if you’re still waiting you’ll get whatever you are hoping for refund or actual shipping notification.

I joined, I haven't shared anything because we all know I have an actually scrapbooking photos problem.  

So, Khristina’s now opened up spots in her Kreative Cuts club and has put new stuff in the shop. I wonder if she’s made any progress shipping out previous orders to waiting customers? I also saw a lot of mentions of the DT and even a post by someone saying they were on the DT and answering questions. I thought the DT was paused? Have things been resolved, or is it all just being ignored?

Hello, I was the one who supported her in the beginning . I really thought she was,just going they some hard Times. since then and now that the design teams, collapse , ( the design team member never received product to design with. I can’t believe she still has out dated orders . Kristina now as all these ne w cheerleaders and new members and they are getting their first kits. Kristina and I have had a good relationship up until the last 2/weeks and she has stopped answering my messages and has told more lies
I want my products! Kristina is very creative but what a fool would I be if I ordered from her again .

If I come across a video of one Kristinas kit . I tell them how lucky thy are as I am still waiting for my purchases from
thanksgiving .Everytime I see someone praise her I will tell my story.She has no integrity . I waiting for product for a class that has been delayed and it’s now scheduled for May 18 I believe. If it doesn’t arrive I will make it my mission to warn people from buying purchases from her.I still,watch her lives and I encourage others to do too as she is very creative

Well , I woke up this morning to a full refund! I will continue to watch her videos but never again will I purchase anything from her
