Ok - anyone do October daily, but not really big all things Halloween vibe? My kids are older and I love October and all the Halloweenish colors but my stories are not going to be Halloween related so I’m just wondering if anyone out there has done one like that? You'll definitely have non-Halloween stories documented in here, fear not! I don't have kids and I don't live in a region where Halloween is celebrated (much to my chagrin). My first two stories are about the first taste of autumn and self-care through seasonal transition.

Mine will be more Autumn based, I think the only real Halloween things I do is decorate inside and eat candy 😆

Man, I hope they make it right ASAP. I'm not sure how much they hold back now that they've stopped shipping internationally but I've got my fingers crossed for you. They got back to me and said they'll get it shipped out to me! ^.^

I decided I would only use my stash for this and found stuff back to 2004 😂. Not much stuff but what I kept is super cute so I, excited to try this! My album might be about fun MEMORIES of nieces, nephews, my friend's and neighbor's children's costumes, annnnndddd....our doggies in their costumes, plus all the decorationsss !!! This is already a 12 x 12 in an album, but I may replicate it for a mini-album: Piks from last year that are just BEGGING to be scrapped in a cute mini-album. This pik is also begging to be scrapped in a mini-album! sleepingbooty ---Hmm....I just realized, it may have been YOU that posted about Jade The Libra on last year's thread, sooo...thank you! Before last year, I never would have searched for Halloween-related scrapbooks or vids, but now--- I'm compleeetely addicted!

Yes, in theory! I'm way behind on everything so I don't know how much I will get done before Halloween is upon us, but I'm going to try Please let me know! I would absolutely buy them! joblackford….I just scrolled through your etsy shop, and just love the cards—especially the cute ghosts. I’m also loving all the papers, embellies, etc. you’re all showing!!! Those vellum ghosts—-squeeee!!!! ❤️ I love the cutesie stuff, but I also love the vintage ! The daily albums make me DROOL! I wonder if I’ll FINALLY make one this year ? ! 🎃 👻 😈 Thanks for the Etsy shop love, friends I'm excited to channel some spooky/cute energy in there this month 👻 I was extra happy to find out that the Sweet November shop is based in my state, near Chelan WA. So not only did I accidentally support a local business, it should also be here by Thursday.

This is already a 12 x 12 in an album, but I may replicate it for a mini-album: I love that page! My daughter was a bunny for her second Halloween costume. It's a blurry photo from a film camera, but still one of my favorite photos. ETA: I got one of the best craft deals EVER at the thrift store today! It was a WRMK 12x12 album with tons of sheet protectors for $1.00! I counted over fifty! It was someone who owned a kids painting business. It reminded me of the wine and paint parties. There were a lot of photos of kids paintings. Some of the fall and Halloween ones were kind of awesome! I kept a few! My favorite was The Sanderson sisters. How weird is that? Awesome 4x6 filler cards.

refugeepea Wow, ONE dollar? That's a steal. That was a symbolic payment. So glad for you that you got all that! scrappintoee It matters not how one got to Jade the Libra. She's awesome and allows non-US Halloween lovers to live vicariously through her many drives around town to see all the new spooky stuff in store. You Americans are so freakin' lucky with everything you have on offer! I'm lucky if I find an ugly plastic Jack-o'-lantern bucket here. And oh my, your Bat doggos! How freakin' adorable (the yellow tutu!). I have an idea of how they "emit" their bat signal... dawnnikol PHEW! I hope it's delivered quickly so you can let us know how good it looks IRL. (Any word on the apple pie nachos, by the way?) Texas Scrap Definitely join us! It doesn't matter whether you scrap seasonal stuff or Halloweeny things. We heart all of it here! So, those Etsy planner covers I totally did NOT order absolutely did NOT arrive in the mail this morning. Of course, I'm totally NOT obsessed with them... Ugh, I'm so NOT a basic girl with basic girl aesthetic.

And oh my, your Bat doggos! How freakin' adorable (the yellow tutu!). I have an idea of how they "emit" their bat signal... Oh my DOG.....thank you for making me LAUGH !!! Those bat costumes were 3 years ago, and NO ONE has ever said anything close to that! I realllly can't belieeeve DH and I didn't think if it, too. Yea, their "bat signals" can clear a room !!!! **NOT my photo---found on the interwebz** Hee hee....funny you mentioned the yellow tulle skirt. I LOVED making that! I'm NOT a seamstress, and just cut strips of tulle and attached to elastic. I made a matching costume for Sophie's wittle stuffed friend. (just painted a bat on a small piece of grey material, then pinned the tulle on). I am OBSESSED with tulle!!! Ever since I made things for our wedding years ago, I've always said I wish I could live in a world made of TULLE! I also love to wrap presents with it. I'm so glad you RESISTED that gorgeous planner that did NOT arrive, and that you're not DROOLING over it! I'm bummed for you that you don't have a gazillion stores to hunt for Halloween treasures! I keep thinking about when we were growing up, and cannot begin to imagine how much LESS stuff we had in the stores. I was watching more Jade the Libra vids and---omg! The amount of stuff she buys is INSANE, and I love it. I'm not sure, but it appears that her entire house is decorated in a spooky/ ghost-ee / spider-ee / goth-ish way? I need to search her vids to see if she has entire house tours. I'm looking fwd to watching the scrapbook vids you posted above...TIA!

dawnnikol PHEW! I hope it's delivered quickly so you can let us know how good it looks IRL. (Any word on the apple pie nachos, by the way?) No delivery info yet... I'm trying to be very patient. As far as apple pie nachos, thank you for checking! We ended up going to the Orchard on a Friday, so they didn't have them. We did get our usual donuts & cider slush. The crowds were WAY lower, so I offered to make our own homemade version. I'll let you know!

I've been binging through Krystal's playlist from last year. She's organized to a point I'd never want to be but I love seeing her things come together.

I made a matching costume for Sophie's wittle stuffed friend. (just painted a bat on a small piece of grey material, then pinned the tulle on). I am OBSESSED with tulle!!! The mini version is stinking (ha!) cute, scrappintoee! Sophie's a lucky pooch to have such a loving mama. I hope you'll take your tulle love all the way one day and make yourself a zombie bride dress for Halloween! It would look awesome. As far as apple pie nachos, thank you for checking! We ended up going to the Orchard on a Friday, so they didn't have them. We did get our usual donuts & cider slush. The crowds were WAY lower, so I offered to make our own homemade version. I'll let you know! We will require a review (with delicious photo, of course) and recipe... I like this video because she's legit like, UGH WHY when something didn't work out and that's how I am 90% of the time crafting. Please consider my candidacy for the UGH WHY crafting club! It appears I have quite a bit of experience with the misadventurous type of scrapbooking... I have a cover page done and some cut files cut out. I’m moving along with this project and excited for October tomorrow. WOOHOO! Ready to get down to spooky month businesssss.

My day 1 is up. http://instagram.com/p/CUhm1V6ADjr Today I’m going to an octoberfest party and dressing up. I’m excited to have some seasonal activities. I also plan on getting my kids to do the cover page of their album. And I may have said I’m not buying anything and using my stash yet I now have 3 new digital kits. If it’s digital it doesn’t count, right?

Loving all the things you guys are doing this month already! I went to Walmart looking for some specific NBC pumpkin heads and what did I find? No Jack heads, but CHRISTMAS things already! Then I came home and saw the Disney store has their Halloween decorations back in stock and spent way more than I would have if Walmart had just had what I wanted. So basically, I blame Walmart for my lack of impulse control 🙃 We watched our first of 31 movies last night! Not positive we'll get to each of them nightly, but by the end of the month they'll definitely be done. This is how I decided to put them in my book -- spoiler cos it might be big. Working on a pocket for them tonight I think. They're getting backed with some light patterned paper to hide the mess I made cutting each of them down from slightly larger photos lol. I might stamp in each rectangle on the back to denote the day we watched them.. a simple "01" or "22" or whatever the day watched. Just something to signify it was seen. Our movies are a mix of every thing we love.. some classics, a few Disney Channel movies, some more obvious spooky Halloween choices... and then The Mummy (1&2!) and 5th Element after he let me choose all 9 Saw movies... But I sat through every Fast and the Furious over the summer so it's kinda only fair And it's a whopping 91 degrees F here and I'm looking at soup recipes What I would give to have some cooler weather!

Loving the posts so far of pages! I got my prints from Costco in the mail so I was able to put together our apple orchard visit. I'll definitely need to add a "what we watched" section. ^.^
