I will give Janet credit that her Base Pages and her Go 2 Design Series have been helpful to me. You can avoid the Facebook drama and watch her videos on You Tube, I hope she keeps them on there.

I know I'm going to regret asking, but who is Crazy Lamp Lady?No, you won't regret this. She's a young lady who started off purchasing things from thrift stores and garage sales and reselling them. She had a fondness for lamps early on. Through the last several years, she started posting videos every day of what she buys and sells and it has turned from a part-time gig to purchasing a large place to store her stuff and she sells on eBay and does extremely well for herself. She quite her job and now she and her significant other run the business and own several homes and she is really quite fun to watch. She has a big following (like Janet), but is pretty down to earth and raises her family, runs her business, and loves to go on daily runs to Goodwill, antique businesses (in the northeast - mostly Pennylsvania) and a few hoarder homes. You can find her under Crazy Lamp Lady on YouTube. I have no interest in doing what she does, but I do love to watch her do it. As long as this thread is up at the top again, I'm going to add another crazy lamp lady. I love this talented girl and follow her on Insta at aceofshadesshop. Please check her out  She's got incredible style! |

You might have more luck posting this question on the NSBR side. If I recall correctly, those smack blogs used to target Peas for their NSBR posts. Some of the ladies over there might remember some of the unpleasant details. |

I remember the Smack Blog (at least I think that was it), and I was always kind of shocked how these women could just go postal over the weirdest comment. I felt like it was junior high all over again. My life is pretty drama free and I kept thinking it just couldn't be real. |

I never visited the peas one that I recall, but I did go to the industry gossip one. I recall the owner of that one being in ill health too, am I remembering that correctly? |

Speaking of smack blogs, I have read some interesting stuff on one about YouTube moms. Sometimes I shake my head in agreement and other times I am like what baby. LOL.
Quite entertaining if you have some time to kill. Not yet brave enough to post.
I have also questioned if a few posters are peas!

Is Janet part of Papertalk or am I thinking of someone else? She has a YouTube channel called RTS (Record the Story) and then moved to Patreon 1-2 years ago and still calls it RTS. She does a lot of organizational videos and chats for much of her videos. She also does 12 x 12 pages. |
