Just saw on Scrapbook Generations that "Reasons to Smile" collection has been delayed (with other AC collections) until mid-June. Bleh. Yup. I pre ordered some Vicki B papers and embellishments from the bold + bright line first of May. ETA was originally May. Got updates today to June and I heard some stuff is trickling in to ACOT but it will be a bit for it to all get in and be processed. I also have 2 papers and 2 embellishments packs still not in from Jennifer H. I received my other items. |

Punches class first installment is up on the forum. It's listed separately from the other Use What You Buy classes and is titled "The Old One Two Punch." ETA: Did anyone get an email about this? Not sure she sends them anymore as I haven't gotten one from her in years. Just wondering if it's just me who isn't receiving them. Is this class released now? I still don't see in my list. I paid it a few months ago. Can you let me know if you are seeing it? |

I pre-paid for the punch class but still no access. I emailed various addresses, messaged on Insta, and even "spoke" to her during a Live. She said she made a note to check after class but nothing. Starting to feel like a stalker,lol.

I am not sure if she is still getting help from Alice (she had hired her to assist during some busy times) but you could try. She helped me reset my password a few years ago. I feel I can share the email because she also shared the email on a live. alice.shimelle.com@gmail.com |

She responded to me on IG DMs yesterday I also emailed her as I wasn't sure which one would be easier to keep track of. I'm waiting for my password to be reset. She said she would be working on it soon. |

I haven't bought any Shimelle products since Field Trip (mostly because it could be used for girls who like dinosaurs and space) and I do not pay for any classes because of the issues I always read about. I don't have the time to track down a business owner that I paid money to for goods and services. Nor should I have to. In today's tech, there has to be some system she can pay for and get set up that can keep track of small day to day needs and give mer reminders when people have issues. And honestly, if she can't even take 2 min to reply to someone, she has too much on her plate and needs to dial it down. Or pay for some help. I am always shocked at how people continually go back to her and buy from her with all these issues. |

She’s only posted one idea for the punch class, back in May. I’m not caught up on the Lives - has she said anything about more content coming?
Her post in the forum said we’d see the content as it was posted day by day; I guess that really may be month by month? I was inferring from her post that she had content ready to go and would be posting over several days for a week or so. But, no. Two videos for the first idea and silence again.

I'm sorry that so many of you have had trouble accessing content that you have paid for. Very frustrating.
Over the years I've purchased several classes from Shimelle's site and have never had any trouble. However I haven't bought much in the past coupla years; the last class was the "use your stuff" stencil class this past year.
It seems it would be wise for her to hire someone to help her keep up with the various issues with her "pay" classes. She does so much free content for which I'm totally grateful. But of course it shouldn't come at the expense of her paying viewers.
Hope it all gets straightened out soon.

I think she feels guilty but doesn't seem to do anything to fix the root cause, which is her inability to manage the business part of her business. The lack of any further videos on the punch class, or any information about when the rest of the class content will be available is just one more example. I'm sure I've said it before, but I really wish she'd do only one livestream a week and spend the extra time fixing the basics of her business. |

The way she pre-sells classes with no available content which ends up getting delayed in some way gives off Ponzi scheme vibes to me. What is the motivation to do this over and over? ETA... to be clear, I don't think she is running a ponzi scheme. I'll never understand why she prioritizes providing free content over paid content, doesn't get consistent help with the admin/website support that is sorely lacking and why it is so hard to get in touch with her. She's lucky that she has customers who are happy to wait and lots of completed courses to offer as compensation to make up for delays, lack of access and lack of communication. |
