And can I just say thank goodness somebody is available to chat about crafts when I'm up at 4 am. Haha...I'm normally up between 5 and 5:30, sometimes 6. But today it was 4! 🙄

Love the sea green but think it’s too green. If you are looking at Wool Warehouse make up a board so you can judge what you like best. Have you considered their own brand? Yarnsmiths is it?

I don't see a color like I have in mind in that brand. I honestly might just go with the Stylecraft. I know I'm going to like the feel of it and I know exactly what the storm blue color looks like. Nothing about it will surprise me. And I can get a whole blankets worth of yarn for like $80.

Yes I just put it in my cart and it's $77.31. not bad. I'm going to let it sit there while I make up my mind.

I want to show you something too about that mauve. As I was looking to see if I could even source that particular color from multiple websites in order get enough, I came across this picture. I will add the pic I posted the other day too. See how pink it looks on the one website whereas on the other looks more purple? That really seals the deal on the blue for me because I really don't want anything that looks pink and $200 worth of yarn is really too much for a color crapshoot.

I would have assumed they were two totally different colours.

I would have assumed they were two totally different colours. Yes blew my mind. And I just looked at the pics on my computer and the difference is less striking than on my phone. So I don't know your peaing method but the phone is far worse.

I have finished making all the granny squares for my cardigan. The off white is the joining colour and for bands and sleeves This is what I am attempting

lainey that fabric really is cute. sueg I feel like you just whipped right through those squares. I think that cream was a good choice for the joining color. But I don't envy you having to weave in all those ends.

Brilliant, thank you! So many free draws are limited to the country where the draw is held so it's nice to be included. Good luck all!

For the first time in years I did a craft that wasn’t scrapbooking or card making! These will hang in my living room. The hoops are 8”. I just bought a set of cats with houseplants to make for dd for Christmas.

I like the dusty blue in your first blue yarn post best. In case you are taking a survey.

Oh sueg, the cream will be lovely. I think white would have been too harsh. I can't wait to see it finished, and with how quickly you work, I know it will be soon.

I like the dusty blue in your first blue yarn post best. In case you are taking a survey. I ended up ordering the storm blue colored yarn. I did it because I could not find enough skeins of the dusty blue at various shops. It stinks but none of them had enough stock.

They have lots and they’re very reasonably priced. I love that the floss comes separated. They include hoops, needles and little snipping scissors.

Started a new needlepoint ornament this week and am almost halfway done. I am really liking doing small projects and seeing progress so quickly! And for those who don't know what this is here is a link that tells you - Moon Pies. Personally I find them to be disgusting but they were a favorite of DH, as well as my father, growing up so I thought it would be a fun ornament to have on the tree/garland.

They do look very similar. Is that marshmallow in the middle? If so, I wouldn't like them either!

**GypsyGirl**, yes it’s marshmallow and you can get them with jam as well as mallow.
