Okay I will take photos. I'll have to take out the stuff I selected (mostly WITL) and that will then leave what came in the mystery boxes. They just put it all in one box, so I won't be able to tell you which was the $100 box stuff and which was the $50. It was A LOT of stuff, though.

It took me a bit to work out the stuff i ordered vs. the $100 and $50 mystery box stuff, but I got it all sorted. There were several (6?) complete kits and a lot of bagged-up items. Here's what was in the $100 and $50 mystery box (no idea which is which, as they threw everything in one box). Sorry about the crappy photos and shadows : IMG_2638 by Seanna., on Flickr Detailed kit photos: IMG_2639 by Seanna., on Flickr IMG_2640 by Seanna., on Flickr IMG_2641 by Seanna., on Flickr IMG_2642 by Seanna., on Flickr IMG_2643 by Seanna., on Flickr IMG_2644 by Seanna., on Flickr IMG_2645 by Seanna., on Flickr Detailed photos of bits and bobs in bags: (Very happy with the rainbow thing, can use for sure and almost bought it separately): IMG_2647 by Seanna., on Flickr IMG_2648 by Seanna., on Flickr This was all in a bag but I guess random stuff? IMG_2650 by Seanna., on Flickr Lots and lots of bobs. Lots and lots of bits: IMG_2652 by Seanna., on Flickr More: IMG_2651 by Seanna., on Flickr Last one. I like that project thing and I have a binder I could use for it. Assuming I would use it: IMG_2653 by Seanna., on Flickr

You guys, I'm considering doing WITL in the journal. Then I could put it in a sleeve inside my Project Life album. Maybe skip the whole dang week in the album and sandwich it inbetween a 1-page layout for the week before and week after so my OCD doesn't lose it over chronology.
I just checked my sbtm kit and the box closed. I've been charged. It's been shipped. I did not add the notebook. Will not pay shipping.
Perhaps I change my mind.
Ugh. It's just a lot. We have a lot going on.
I also really love it.

Thanks for sharing, wordfish ! Looks like a good haul of stuff! Were you happy with it? Absolutely. A lot of it is workable for WITL type stuff, and since I haven't bought anything from Ali Edwards in quite a few years, I didn't have any of it. I did get stuff I probably won't use, but I'll just toss it in the donate bin now. I always have one going.

So did anyone buy from the new stamp sets?
I got the spine labels, the ampersand, and quotes sets.

So did anyone buy from the new stamp sets? I got the spine labels, the ampersand, and quotes sets. I was proud of myself for sticking to 2 of the restocks I’ve wanted: typewriter alpha and the currently messy circles. Then I went back on the site and saw the preorder for the WITL block alpha and got it. Sigh. I like the ampersand stamp a lot but I already spent $80 plus tax on stamps today so I’m going to resist.

I didn't see that preorder for WITL alpha. Thank you for mentioning it. I added that one to my collection too.

So did anyone buy from the new stamp sets? I got the spine labels, the ampersand, and quotes sets. I pre-ordered the 4X6 label stamp set. It was in my cart, but it sold out by the time I got back to it. Not a big deal since they still gave me free shipping, and I'm in no rush to get it. I wasn't going to get any of the other stamps, but after watching Ali play with them on her blog, of course I'm tempted. The WITL alpha stamp set was added later on, and I'm intrigued by it. I don't like the "ransom letter" look of the WITL products this year, but it looks like you can stick to one width for an entire alphabet. Or you can mix and match, if you like that look.

I just got the label set, nothing else really stood out for me. But that one will get a ton of use!

I got the Labels set and the Monthly set right away. I preordered the WITL alpha. I really like the Heart & Quote set but I’m going to hold off for now.

I had to pass. I just couldn't spend any more money.
I just pre-ordered lots of Simple Stories Disney and I know I will love Ali's travel release.

I haven't even looked at it yet. 🤯
I was at lunch with a friend, and totally forgot about the release!

I ordered the spine labels. I wanted the date set but not at an additional $30. I like the idea of the quote set but it's the type of set I like but never think to use or it doesn't work for how I want to use it.
I debated on the WITL set but ended up getting it for the versatility of it. I do think it solidified my choice to wait to do WITL until mid-May since the stamp isn't expected to ship until then (otherwise what's the point of getting it only to not have it while working on my album?)

I think Ali screwed up that stamp for me. If it were the splotches + quote signs separate, then it would have been so much more versatile to me. But as it is, you can really only use it for quote blocks.

I completely forgot about the stamps yesterday but am at peace with it. More than likely I would have felt the fever and ordered the years and the spine label sets. Maybe the WITL letters, too. I’m not even good at stamping and don’t enjoy using what I have! Excited to start WITL though! @bethelemon I think you should take photos and keep a rough journal for the week, then make your decision on what format to use. I’ve been waffling between a full 6x8 album or a travelers notebook that I could include in my big 12x12. Still undecided!

I looked at the stamps last night, and I had no desire to spend $20 on a 4x6 stamp or $29 on a 6x8 set.
I might pick up a couple if they go on sale, but if not, no FOMO here.

I bought the Monthly, Spine Labels and Frames sets. I think I would like the WITL 2024 alpha, somehow I missed that. Not sure I want to wait for it to ship as I'd use it in my album.
Is there typically a separate WITL thread? I feel like not so many of us do that project, but encouragement and idea sharing for those of us who are would be really nice.

I’m sure it’s TM but I wish the spine set had a “Project Life” stamp.
I’m not doing my WITL until late May or June. It’s usually rainy here in April and I don’t love having to take all indoor photos. They just don’t turn out as well for me. Plus I like to see what everyone does and get ideas.

I received the “Around Here” Story Kit, and overall, I’m happy with it.
I don’t love the quote card this month, and the plastic “around here” word is not something I’ll use. It’s too small and too messy to make it on one of my scrapbook pages.
I like the other elements, though! Fun, bright colors and useful embellishments.

For anyone doing WITL, Ali just finished her IG live. It’s a good listen, and I think there might be a Monday check in too. Getting excited to start this project!

softdaystudios/Shannon Flatley (Instagram) posted a peek of her idea for the back of the large hello cards from the main kit. Using stamps to capture currently items, I kind of love it. I like to include currents but usually there are too many spots to fill, this seems more manageable.

I didn’t buy it because I didn’t think I would use it but now……lol this always happens with WITL stamps for me!

Hello from my corner of the bed. Sadly I can’t do Witl with all of you, because I catched a heavy cold and will be lying in bed for the most time of the week with no energy to do more than sleep and crawl to the couch to watch some tv. I will do my week later in may, when i am fully recovered. But I wish all a happy week with lots of cool dokumenting and favorite photos and happy memories.
