49th & Market: I can't get enough of their acetate film strips. 49 & Market, hands down. I love all of their embellishments. ... film strips ... I love them all. So good. 49 & Market - It's just awesome stuff - ... filmstrip frames ... The 49 & Market filmstrips are definitely popular! |

... Although I will say that, we usually receive some Echo Park in our Crop & Create event boxes, and I typically like the papers better in person than in the online images. I miss having a LSS for this reason. |

Pastel weddings make me think of the 70 trend of the light blue tuxedo. ... I recall being the flower girl in a wedding in which the groom wore powder blue, ring bearer/groomsmen dark blue, & me/bridesmaids hot pink! |

I like this trend, which is reflected in the results of the POLL: Do you use (traditional) cardstock? conducted here this spring. Unfortunately, not all solids packs are (traditional) cardstock, & my favorite/most-frequently-used brands don't offer them. For example, the Solids Packs from Echo Park & Carta Bella are patterned paper weight, & the non-vintage Simple Stories collections do not include solids packs. I still heavily rely on Bazzill for (traditional) cardstock. |

What glue do you use for the PF glitter drops? Those are cool! Just regular white glue. I use Art Glitter Glue, but any of the white glues would likely work (Bearly Arts, Gina K Connect, etc.). While I don't use liquid glue, Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive seems to be popular (at least with the couple YTers that I watch on occasion). |

Part of me wants to get a few items to make a layout pocket page about DS and his Mickey Mouse he has had since 1st Christmas and his love of Mickey. But then what do I do with the left over stuff?? Those packs of embellishments aren't cheap. Uncertain your scrapbooking style or the scale/size, perhaps the relatively inexpensive Page Pieces, Sticker Sheet, or, if you like detail/fussy cutting, Tags &/or other Elements/cut-apart sheets would provide ample embellishments for one layout without much, if any, left to add to your inventory or donate. HTH. |

I like it, but the last time I went to Disney anything was in 1998. If you're not a collection scrapper & like the color palette, the repeating anchors & helms patterns can be used for boating/crusing/etc. layouts while the non-themed patterns (e.g. dots, plaid) are versatile for use on any layout. |

I got a lot of Simple Stories Christmas stuff (Boho Christmas mostly) on super clearance last January ... IMHO any/all of the holiday collections will result in beautiful layouts/cards/etc.; it's simply a matter of preference. Purchasing a collection you like on deep clearance - regardless whether its the most current release, since the holiday collections look similar year after year anyway - is certainly a bonus! |

I love a pasteloween theme, so I will definitely be getting Lil' Boo Thing. The name of the collection isn't great, though. ... Wonder if it is based on the "Lil Boo Thang" song that has been popular? ... I don't need any Disney paper right now, but I will say that I have always found the Say Cheese lines to be clever. They absolutely bring so many very specific theme park elements to mind without being able to actually use anything actually "Disney". Like things like embellishments that look like Mickey Ears, but never the full ears. So I imagine they were very excited to finally be able to actually include Mickey. No almost-Mickey, but real Mickey Mouse. Agree! |

... When checking this out, I found Mittens and Mistletoe at ACOT. And I LOVE their idea for an advent calendar--all the little village and tree boxes filled with treats. Is that a new line? Was it around last year? Will there be a new set that goes with Holly Jolly? I really love that concept and might just order that. CP - Mittens & Mistletoe was released in 2022. Its Advent Calendar (still available here at SB.com; out of stock at ACOT) was revealed with the collection. Therefore, the Specialty Paper in CP - Holly Jolly is likely the only 3D village that will be released for this collection. |
