Pretty Little Studio is now available at ACOT. The following collection is scheduled to ship in August: You Are My Sunshine (see digital release discussed in this thread*). Thoughts? What's on your wish list? *UPDATE: Per AussieMeg 's post on p.2, the digital collection is now available on the company website ( HERE).

I like the page pieces, but I don’t usually use such literal icons. Plus, per the (second) product image, it appears the pieces aren't meant to actually create a scene because the scale is off.

As stated in the release thread ( here), I like the playful energy, color palette, & many of the classic patterns (e.g. stripes, dots). ETA: See all EP/CB reveals linked/discussed (& please join us & share your thoughts) - July, August, September, & OctoberI'm sorry. Are we not to talk about lines outside of the release threads? ETA: I rarely ever read release threads. Following new releases is just not my thing. I just stumbled upon this today. Huh? Given your expressed interest in an upcoming EP collection, I was welcoming you (& everyone) to see & participate in the EP/CB new release threads.

... I like the Laugh/Laughter stamp sets! Probably will pick those up. We can all use a little more laughter in our lives! Note the Laugh stamps/dies are part of the June release & already in stock at certain retailers (e.g. SB.com) or still available for pre-order (e.g. ACOT). HTH.

... there's not enough pp to come to close to using the sticker sheet. Agree; IMHO every SS mini collection has an imbalance of too many embellishments & too few patterned papers.

Thanks for your responses. I love many of the b-sides and will pick those up, but the ephemera is a little TOO mickey for me (even tho I love him). I think they did a great job with this line overall. Same!

i can’t wait until modern Mickey comes out of copyright - when is this happening peas? ... It depends on which version of Mickey you consider "modern." The character is copyrighted as part of the original work of authorship, so copyright expires 95 years after it is published/released.

... Did you notice that Simple Stories is making paper that are designed for two-page layouts? There are two papers in this collection and I noticed this also in the vintage Christmas line. That is interesting since I don't see many two page layouts on the internet anymore. I see the papers for the two page layout and that’s cool… but why the heck don’t they make the pattern of the dots line up in the middle. That’s a big pet peeve for me. It appears the borders are meant as bookends (i.e. That's A Classic Paper on the left & I'm All Ears Paper on the right) of a double page layout. HTH.

Wait...You still have an LSS!?! I miss the in-person supply shopping experience - perusing entire walls bursting with a rainbow of Bazzill cardstock, aisles filled with multiple racks of patterned papers, pegs full of embellishments & tools, etc. <sigh> I actually have FOUR that are within reasonable driving distance, but one is super close and I go all the time. It also happens to be my favourite. I am very lucky. FOUR!?! May I ask where you're located? TIA.

... The silent night paper is intriguing. I might end up with it. I like that song and sheet music type paper. Agree; the Reason for the Season paper is sheet music topped with the popular Pinkfresh or Cocoa Vanilla-esque wreath!

Thanks for your responses. Consistent with my scrapping style, I use/buy few embellishments. On the rare occasion that I purchase, rather than create my own, embellishments, my favorite brands are non-vintage Simple Stories & Pinkfresh (specifically the non-feminine/floral Geralyn Sy collaborations with cool color palettes).

Thanks for your responses. While I like the playful energy, color palette, & many of the classic patterns (e.g. stripes, dots) in Chilling With My Snowmies, I find the other collections in this release too feminine, floral, & coral or gold.

... Marry Me - Meh. I don't need it at all. And I think it's weird the phrases are for the couple (Our Wedding, Welcome to our Wedding) and for guests (They Lived Happily Every After, Congrats to the Bride & Groom). ... Good catch! If intending to use the phrases for one event from the same perspective, it would mean at least half of them must be altered.

That is interesting since I don't see many two page layouts on the internet anymore. Yes, assuming you are referring to the That's A Classic & I'm All Ears papers. IMHO the designs allow them to be used together for a two-page layout or each separately for a one-page layout.

The 49 & Market filmstrips are definitely popular! I would love to see how people are using these. I just can't wrap my brain around how I would use them. Check out the SB.com gallery HERE.

... I do wish it was more of a blue-red instead of the more orange-red ... Unfortunately, tomato red has been popular, especially in holiday collections, for a few years. I would also like a cooler red better, but IMHO a true red would be ideal!
