Love your scrap room—I need some motivation and this might be it! Also loved seeing your pages on your IG, you and your daughter look like twins! So beautiful!

May I ask which store you went to outside of Philly? I live west of the city. I go to the Drexel Hill store and the Exton store. The Exton store always has more. I usually would hit the Southampton one north of Philly on my way to visit my DD when she lived in Philly. That one is average in the scale of clean vs messy. However, when she was home in Jan she stayed with friends and was more west of Philly, I think it was The Drexel Hill one. It’s on a long 1/2 circle drive? I hope it’s not normal that messy. Yes. That’s probably the Drexel Hill one. It’s always a mess!

I went to one just outside Philly and it looked like that or worse. Things were thrown everywhere. It made me anxious. Everything was mixed up. It was bad. But the one I went to just outside Albany NY was Pristine. Items were sorted by both category AND brand. So it wasn’t a peg of dies but a peg of one brand of dies. Etc. And the shoppers seemed to respect that. The one closest to me is somewhat in the middle, stuff is on pegs with hopefully similar items or at least similar sized items. May I ask which store you went to outside of Philly? I live west of the city. I go to the Drexel Hill store and the Exton store. The Exton store always has more.

I want to thank all of you who responded, it’s very comforting. DD is feeling ok this morning. When I asked her if she feels shortness of breath, she said no, it’s just at certain times when she takes a deep breath, she only gets so far, it’s not complete(if that makes sense). We may end up at the ER today if that doesn’t change. Her PCP is getting her in with a cardiologist this coming week, regardless. Thanks again. You all are the best❤️

Thank you for responding, idahopea and peaname. It’s a big help to hear different scenarios. I was letting my imagination and worry get the best of me.

I had a young girl in my classroom who had an enlarged heart. She was told she might not make it to graduation. She had some medical issues at ten, but I am happy to say she is now almost 40 and is still going strong. Good luck to your daughter. Just keep breathing and hoping for the best. There isn't much else you can do right now but wait. Hugs. Thank you, 950nancy. Your words have calmed me down❤️

My DD who is 24 just went to the doctor today because she felt like she couldn’t take a full, complete breath. She’s in great physical shape-she does triathlons, runs, boxes, etc. the doctor told her she has asthma. A couple of hours later, the doctor called her and told her that the outline of her heart on the chest X-ray looks enlarged and she needs to see a cardiologist. She is terrified right now and so am I. Has anyone had anything like this happen to themselves or someone they know? It’s going to be a long, nerve wracking weekend waiting to find out what’s going on. Thanks in advance for any info. I’m shaking as I write this.

This is why I have a large studio. It is crammed full of things I'm going to do ... someday. Of course, now I don't remember what nor how I was going to do it, but I don't want to throw it away because ... I don't know why. This is exactly me too, don 😃

With all the PL app slow updates, the mountain of non-PL posts, I was wondering how Becky Higgins is doing according to SocialBlade - using your same links above.... Wow - Down -240 per month So she's been hemorrhaging followers since your post, mom. Down to 83.9. Meanwhile, checked on Ali since she's a good comparison Ali is up +360 per month. Wonder how BH feels about bringing in Becky Proudfit now? I don't think she's done much to improve BH's brand. Can we even say she has a brand anymore? 😳

I’m 58 and my DH is 53. So I try to ignore any and all talk of senior citizen anything. Once he’s 55, I may ease up a little bit 😳

I was working a flight from JFK-LAX. We were told we had to land in Kansas City at a certain point. There were air phones on the plane, and a lot of passengers were getting info from people on the ground in NY. There was some panic going on for sure. Once we landed, all we wanted was to know the crew members’ names on our airline’s 2 flights that had crashed. It was excruciating once we knew. Many of our friends/coworkers had been on those 2 planes. Even after 18 years, the pain is sometimes so raw.

That's sad. ACOT has always been a bit slow in shipping, but not nearly as bad as Simon Says Stamp (ugh & cringe). However, I was worried that the store might have problems after the founder's passing, I hope this isn't a sign. As to other places, paperissues and scrapbookpal. It has been a hard year without our founder Kristin (my mom). We aren't going anywhere though, so don't worry! Rachel, I'm so sorry about your mother. I'm sure she would be so proud of you for keeping the family business going! I have always had a great experience with ACOT. And I will continue shopping there!

My cousin has (had?)it. She had a bone marrow transplant almost 2 years ago and is doing very well. There is no sign of the cancer in her blood now. Best wishes to your brother. It's devastating to get that diagnosis, but I think treatment for it is definitely advancing.

My DH is the 10th of 10 kids. His mother was sick with serious heart issues from the day he was born. So the 10 kids all had their chore lists for years. He can clean like nothing I've ever seen. Most of the time, it's wonderful. There are times when I wish he could just let it go.

We were out with some neighbors the other night and they were both rude to our waiter. I told my husband I will never go out with them again. There is no excuse for it, ever.
