My husband has decided he wants to start riding a bike to work, so we are driving 3 hours to go to an actual bike shop, instead of getting crap from walmart. He's excited like a little kid and it's adorable. 😄

I really like Jess Forester's Pocket Talk. She does a lovely job interviewing people and she has a pleasant voice. She's picked up some of that "round table" panel style episodes here and there. She doesn't always talk to "pocket style" scrappers either. I like Pocket Talk but it annoys me to no end the way Jess interrupts her guests and how she is constantly "MmmHmm" while her guests are speaking.

Be thankful that you have such a great team...AND that your team has such a great boss.
I work with a shitty team with no boss currently (boss transferred to another site and company has put shitty transition bosses in while they are dragging their ass finding a replacement.) The boss that transferred was shitty.
So, if I was on your team, I'd probably be one of the people who suggested the gift card or something to show you how much we care. Your employees know you obviously don't need the gift card...it's the thought. Love that they think of you fondly. 😄

One of my Great Danes had early onset cataracts in his blue eye (he had one blue, one brown) We opted for the surgery when he was a little over two years old. Less than a year later, we started having aggression problems with him. We tried obedience training, which did not help with the aggression.
About 6 months after starting training, his blue eye became extremely red so we went back to the eye specialist. He was a jackass and said nothing was wrong.
Took him back to our normal vet who put him under to examine his eye and said there was damage that most likely came from complication from the surgery.
At that time, we had our normal vet remove the eye, and the aggression problems went away.
We think he had pain without visible symptoms, which was causing the aggression.
So, if you pursue surgery, make sure you 100% know everything AND make sure you trust your vets. I will never put a dog through it again. My boy eventually lost most of his sight in his remaining eye, but was happy and pain free. I'd rather my dog be blind than in pain.
Good luck to you and your pup.

I find the only thing that ever works on my migraines is Excedrin Migraine. You want the caffeine and mix of Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Also, do you think you might have a sinus infection. It sort of sounds like that to me a bit too with the pain you are describing. I also put an ice pack on my head when they are terribly bad and wear it. Works great. Excedrin migraine is also the only OTC that has ever worked for my headaches, but it is Tylenol (acetaminophen) and aspirin with caffeine. There is no ibuprofen in it, unless there is more than one formula for excedrin migraine. I highly recommend excedrin migraine, if your able to take aspirin. My doctor has tried treating mine with medicines for nerve damage and fibromyalgia. My most recent appointment, he put me on a trial of muscle relaxers. They just make me so sleepy that I fall asleep so the headache doesn't bother me, which is an improvement but hard to earn a paycheck asleep. I'm supposed to make an appointment for a CATscan next month if I don't see improvements, which I haven't.

It doesn't bother me to mix but BH really should change her product. You can round unrounded corners easily. You can't unrounded a rounded corner.
I used to round corners. Then I all of a sudden didn't want to anymore. I thought it would bother me so I started off this year trimming the rounded corner cards so they were squared, and then mounted them on plain white card stock.
Then that really started to irritate me so now I mix and match, and I'm fine with the results.

I don't think this has anything to do with Studio Calico. Big Picture Classes is only associated with Studio Calico via product/kit, they have nothing to do with the backend of running the website. Studio Calico and Big Picture Classes are separate, they do not have combine customer service. I know that around the scrapbook community, Studio Calico is the popular one to hate, but I believe that you shouldn't put blame where it doesn't belong. iammikki, you must have missed it...Studio Calico acquired BPC back in August...and Studio Calico is the one in charge of this huge website redesign, so yes, Studio Calico is directly to blame for this... www.studiocalico.com/blog/2014/8/5/studio-calico-big-picture-classes
