Yes ALL THE TIME! I have to put my iPad across the room so I stop and focus on what I'm watching. Yep - and even though I’ve done it already, EVERY time I watch FBI - I swear I’ve seen O A in something else. And I’ve IMBDd him - he’s been in nothing I’ve seen! O A YUM! There is just something about that smirky smile that gets me.

I read the article earlier today. Did I miss something? I don’t see anywhere that there was a crash or accident of any kind. There is a statement from Meghan and Harry alleging close calls, right? I don’t know what to make of it. Yes, paparazzi must be annoying and intrusive, but has nothing been learned from history? Why run or drive dangerously and recklessly? There seems to be no police involvement, unless I missed it. As crowded as the streets of NYC are, not only are they lucky they weren’t hurt, but that no uninvolved bystanders were either. I don’t know… something seems off about this incident as reported… That didn’t take long. Oh just wait, the vile harry hating peas haven't had a chance to respond yet.

I'm curious how Summer Camp works. I succumbed last week and decided to take part (even though I already have a lemon die set that I like). Incidentally, even though they say they'll add you to the waitlist, in actuality they still have spaces open in case anyone else wants to sign up. Will they email a link to a FB group, and if so, does anyone recall how long before the event they did so last year? Also, how long before the event did you receive your packages? And how much homework was there, lets say compared to a SCT C+CD event (if you've done one)? Thanks much! Definitely give your honest opinion after the class. I'm really interested to hear what you think. I took the In The Classroom event in mid-March. I paid for the event in December. An update email was sent in mid-Feb with the link to the Facebook group. The kit was shipped about 2 weeks before the event but there was a delay because some of the new color stuff did not arrive on time. There was no homework for the event. There were printed instructions for each class in the box so you could do any of the class work ahead of time. Do you know who your camp counselor is yet?

I'm not. I'll be honest, the graphic didn't grab me. I do like Mindy Eggen and Meghan Andrews though. I don't send enough holiday cards and have plenty of holiday stamps as it is. I need to revisit some threads about card donations.

My #1 pet peeve is bad infrastructure. If your website crashes every time you release new product, that is a huge turnoff. (I'm looking at you PTI in the olden days.). This also happens at Gina K and Concord & 9th's website crashed when they released their new colors. I love the Stamp Markets products but trying to find stuff on their website is next to impossible. If you don't know the exact name of a set, you are screwed. I tried searching for "butterfly" and half the butterfly products would not come up. And for the love of all, give me sort options. Next is free shipping. I HATE paying for shipping especially when I'm ordering more than $50 worth of products. I know shipping costs have skyrocketed but as a consumer, to me that is throwing away money I would spend on product if your shipping was free. Hence my problem of buying $40 worth of product just to save $8 on shipping! Also, if you can't have flat shipping rates for stamps and dies that's a problem. There is so much I want to purchase from The Ton but their shipping is outrageous and they NEVER have free shipping codes. I'm not a huge fan of "exclusive" products mainly because the more people who have the products, the more ideas I can find on google & Pinterest. I've said before, I'm not great at coming up with my own designs, but I can copy the heck out of other peoples cards. The other thing with exclusive products is that a lot of the companies will offer something as exclusive and then a few months later come out with a design that is similar but not exact. Concord & 9th does this a lot. The "Oh Yeah" layering stencil set for C&CD was turned into "Big Hugs" and sold a few months later. I'm not a fan of clubs like the Taylored Expressions quad of the month club where you are locked in sight unseen. While I LOVE the May stencil, it's too much of a risk to buy from TE without peeks. I'm just not a huge enough fan of their products. I didn't mind the Spellbinders clubs because you used to be able to opt out. Same with Hero Arts. I really really like the virtual events where you get product. I know this started because of COVID but I hope it never stops. I'd never be able to go to multiple in person events because the cost would be too high if it wasn't local. While C&CD is getting boring because they are not changing up the companies, I like the multiple company events. I'm super excited about the Pink Fresh & Stamp Market collaboration. As scrapnnana said, I don't owe companies anything. Do I want them to stay in business, of course. That being said, I need to get the most bang out of my buck so I'm going where the product is the most inexpensive.

One other thing I noticed yesterday while shopping at MFT is when checking out there was something added called "Navidium Shipping Protection" at $0.75 per item. Hmmm. I couldn't find anything on their shipping page about it. I backed out and deleted my cart. I dis-like sneaky fees! YES! Concord & 9th has some fee to offset the carbon footprint of your order. Trying to get that off your order is a pain. I was not happy about that when trying to checkout last time.

Seriously, some of you are just assholes. Just a few gems:
- She's not "brave" because that's "not really a swimsuit". - Her tits are sagging. - She's silly. - Tiktok says she's had plastic surgery. - She's airbrushed. - She's not a "normal" 81 year old.
Women supporting women, yeah right. Martha looks fucking amazing in those photos. FULL STOP.

For me it's crafting. Whether I actually make a card, just play with a stamp set, watch a crafting video or even organize my stash. This just helps me calm down and turn my mind off of the stressful thing. Buying craft supplies also helps.

I’m grateful for and appreciate what nurses do because it’s a job I couldn’t/wouldn’t do.
My BFF is a high level nursing director at a very large hospital. She works her ass off for nurses week and not one person ever says thank you. It’s truly a thankless effort.
For those of you who bitch about your rock or cold pizza, grow up. Someone actually put thought and effort into that.

Oh wow! Yeah, take my money! This is a great cross company collaboration. I wonder if this will be the start of smaller crop & create delivered type events with multiple companies.

I'm just not feeling this. You can already do all that with their current dies and hot foil plates and a rubber mat. You can ink directly on dies or build your own "plate" with cardstock and vellum.
Also, is it one and done? Without a hinge, how can you repeat the process accurately if you don't get a clear crisp image?
Unless I'm missing something, this whole system is just weird.

This is the Hero Arts Bee Florals stencil and die set. Great cards! I’ve been playing with this set too. I just love how easily it all comes together. I have 4 backgrounds that I need to turn into cards.

To me it was totally worth it. My favorite thing about it is that the sides fold up so it requires less space when not in use.

I disagree with just about everyone here. I don’t think mom is a jerk. She just made a mistake in assuming dad would step up this time. I said this on another thread—I’ll never understand non-custodial parents who nickel and dime their own children when it’ll be a hell of a lot more expensive if they had custody. Mom is trying to correct the mistake so I give her credit for that. If she didn’t care, she would just shrug and tell kid #3 oh well, your dad dropped the ball, go blame him. I think she’s trying to do what she can with the limited funds she has and maybe that’s what the kid will remember—that mom just tried to do the best she could. Thanks.. that is how I am looking at it... She feels really crappy about it.. ( and it's not the money..she can do it .. it's just at this point she is trying to be smart about her spending) and everyone else that disagrees.. that is fine too.. I am just surprised at this viewpoint. That will teach me to not read the entire thread! This right here, the mom was playing games. She could afford it. So yeah, the mom is the ass not the ex.

I've read a few of the responses and I guess I'll be sort of the lone dissenter.
If the mom truly could not afford the graduation items and told her son and ex-husband then that is on the son and ex-husband. If the son really wanted the graduation hoopla, he should have sat down and talked to his mom about it long before now. I think the mom is dumb to run around and try to throw something together at the last minute. If she truly can't afford it then she shouldn't do anything.
But if this was all a game to "force" the ex to pay. I blame the mom. She knew what a POS the ex is, so why put her kid thru all his?
I think there's more to the story.

My question for you all: As your stamp collection grows, how do you remember what you have? Many times I know I have a certain sentiment, but I can't find it. Sometimes they are one stamp in a full stamp set! I started buying stamp sets that are just sentiments. I just bought two from Honey Bee Stamps for the insides of the cards - Inside Birthday and Snarky Birthday. I use Evernote and I LOVE it! I log each and every stamp set and die that I have. I include a picture of the product and use tags for key words in the sentiments. When I'm looking for a sentiment I'll search for a tag and then look at each picture to see the sentiments included. I started out with the free version but when my AliExpress addiction got bad, I had to upgrade so that I could log everything timely. For now it's worth it.

1. Do you precut card bases and card fronts? I do not cut card bases or card fronts in bulk but when I pull out a sheet of white cardstock, I typically cut it into quarters or half to start with. That way I have small standard card size pieces I can work with. 2. How small is too small a paper scrap to keep? White CS? Colored CS? Patterned paper? I hoard paper and keep scraps that are way too small. My white scraps are ridiculous. I use cheap Michaels white cardstock for lining my stamp & die pockets so I keep all the extra pieces from that. I'm inundated! I do try to use those scraps for dimension on my dies. I just upgraded my scrap paper storage to this box. I have a hanging file for every color. I actually do use my scraps all the time because they are organized and easy to get to. www.staples.com/tru-red-hanging-file-box-snap-lid-letter-legal-size-clear-tr57620/product_244139953. What have you found works for dividers? I just use plain cardstock with a label and I'm not too bothered by them getting bent. I've wanted to laminate the cardstock to give it strength but I have not gotten around to it. Also, I use Ikea Kallax units for my stamp & die storage so I'm limited to the number of cubes I have. I felt like there was so much wasted space above my bins so I cut some wood and made DIY shelves to get more storage space. This causes my dividers to get bent. For me more storage > bent dividers. I'm very picky about my bins. They have to be straight and not tapered at the bottom. All my bins have come from Amazon. Also, just a heads up, these boxes from Target are 6 inches wide at the bottom. I store my 6x6 paper pads and all my embossing folders in them. I don't use the lid just the box. www.target.com/p/sterilite-6-qt-clear-view-box-clear-with-latches-purple/-/A-13794493#lnk=sametab

Nobody else has had issues with messy creases with it? I always score my card bases and I score pretty deep/hard but not ripping the paper. The deeper the score the cleaner my fold will be. I have a Martha Stewart score board but I really have my eye on the Altenew scoreboard. I like that it has a stylus rather than a bone folder type tool. During C&C I was in a hurry and just folded a card base an pressed down with my bone folder and it totally cracked the fold. It was so bad I couldn't use it as a card base. This card stock definitely needs to be scored first.

I'm sure I'll see highlights but I doubt I'll actively watch. I find Charles to be an out of touch creep and pretty much a horrible father at a time when his children needed him the most. I'd be more interested in seeing William be king.

That's so cool!
Back in the early 2000s, Disney California Adventure would host Super Soap Weekend with all the ABC soap stars. A group of friends and I would go and have a blast. We met so many cool fans while standing in line waiting for pictures and autographs. It was so much fun scrapping all those pictures.

So I really wasn't planning on signing up unless the sneaks were great then I was going to try to get on the waitlist. Well, I've had a horrible few days and decided to sign up because crafting really does give me joy and is somewhat of my therapy. I just really needed a pick me up and decided I'm in. Hopefully more of you will be enabled by the sneak peeks.
