(((((HUGS))))) to you and your mom, joyfulnana. Congrats to your ds. Sounds like your dd's summer break is starting off well, Linda. Has she started to come down from the end-of-year anxiety yet? Still another month of school for the kids here. In elementary school, though, there is not the academic pressure. The boys (grades three through six) are all training for track & field competitions. And there will be field trips and other activities. nylene, I hope your surgeon can get to the bottom of continuing problems with your shoulder. Scrapping as a transition activity sounds like a great idea, kitbop. I like to scrap first thing in the morning just to transition into my day LOL. My back relaxed after a night of sleep Wednesday night, but my knees were not as forgiving. I did manage to set in a half row of bedding plants yesterday, but they whined and complained the whole time. kellyr21, that dress looks way too simple to be that much money! I saw the priced in Canadian $ , but even US price would be insane. Although those colours would be perfect for you... Looking forward to seeing your birthday LO. Driving to Calgary today. I need to get off the computer and pack. Will check in when I can...

grammadee - safe travels - I'm sorry that your knees are making planting difficult. I'm not putting in a garden this year - we missed the planting window with all the tree cutting and drainfield repair - but I'm thinking raised beds are the way to next year for me. Yes - DD's vacation is off to a good start. If only she would get her room cleaned (and I'm not looking for perfect, I just would like to be able to vacuum). She and I made brownies yesterday afternoon that she's bringing with her to a friend's house this afternoon - her friend group is getting together and hanging out. She has Girl Scouts on Sunday - they'll be meal planning for the mid-June camping week (hiking and white water rafting) and coming up with ideas for next year's adventures. I'm just about done with this morning's housework - laundry is in progress - and am waiting for the farm box to arrive. I think I'm going to make fresh salsa since we have plenty of tomatoes and onions leftover and I have jalepenos and cilantro in the freezer. Then I need to tote up points for May (and April...at least I've counted the points there mostly just need to add up and finish off). Looking forward to tonight's crop.

Have a safe drive grammadee! I sympathize about the state of rooms Linda…dd is a bit of a disaster when it comes to her room. She is FAR behind the rest of us in organizing her new room, and she still has a car full of stufff at the old house and I’m gritting my teeth and refusing to just go do it myself because she is an adult!!! Gonna open the crop now because I’m at my desk! Join me here: meet.google.com/ceu-pbot-zfslink
