A few people have expressed an interest in running a weekly card challenge on the Stamping/Cardmaking board. joblackford ? scrapnnana ? azcrafty ? nylene ? gramma ? Anyone else? The way it would work is, anyone can sign up to be the host on a particular Tuesday. On “your” day, you will start a thread where you post a card you have made, and challenge others to try a similar design or technique or colour combo or... If you can link a tutorial or somewhere you got the inspiration, great! But not necessary. this does not need to be exclusive to us. Maybe you are already hosting an IRL card club and you will have a design ready each month anyway. I will I’ll post a list of dates, and anyone who is interested can sign up fo one by replying to this thread. I will keep an edited list current, and include links to your challenges when they are posted. Who is in for January? I am not sure how much I will be able to actively play along week to week, but I'd be happy to do a challenge for February 18. (I have a crop coming up in January so I can prep a card then for sure!)

There will be a new challenge every day, and each day of the week has its own host. I was hoping you gals as a group could take on Tuesdays. The only difference it would be for you would be on your Tuesday, you would post your challenge on BOTH boards. What do you think? |

Actually posting the night before is what a lot of people do so peas can play with the challenge any time during the designated day. Thanks, Ladies! Thanks for the reminder that it doesn't have to be a new card/specially made for this challenge. Although I DO still have lots of cards to make before we leave!

I have wondered the same thing about mine, or if interest in card challenges is just dwindling in general. However, March and April are looking a bit overwhelming for me, so I probably won’t be able to participate. I’m sorry. |
