I have decided they are trying to kill my fav little TM. I went to 2 different stores today and found several awesome items. Bazzill in colors I don't have about 10 different packs!! They also had a bunch of doodlebug album cards and 2 Different 6x6 pads. I waited a long time but finally have in my hands Jen Hadfield DIY Home. They also have several packs of Heidi Shine in the small bottles. Some of the stamp and dies from Tim Holtz and a couple new to me thickets packs. Happy Hunting!

I have an image of you just hugging all those photos to your heart while a little tear slides down your cheek, full of happiness that they are now back in your loving care. So happy for you.

My days away from 16 yr old DD telling me emphatically that someone was acting erotically in school. She wanted to bet me that she was right. Faced turned a little red after she asked Siri for the definition.

NOt an LSS, but in Georgetown I found a couple things at one of the stores. Also if you can manage to get to Corsicana there is a great place called Scrappin' Goodtime and she has a wonderful selection.

For the first time ever I saw some Carolee's Creations paper packs. A little pricey at $4.99, but I never see them anywhere here so I picked up 3. I also got the PP Page Evans Fancy Free paper pad. I have discovered the store near me that gets great stuff. I will not go religiously to that one.

I only found one of the stamps, but didn't get it. I did buy St. Patrick's day flair pins and as I'm going to a crop that weekend I also bought the flair from Hobby Lobby too.
I think many of their stickers etc are made by Prima. I saw them unboxing one day and Prima was where they came from. Would make sense if the quality of the stamp is good.

I went to the Waxahatchie store yesterday on my way to Austin. I was disappointed. Will not go back. Love Scrappin' Goodtime in Corsicana, much better.

I meant to answer earlier, sorry. After you posted I went to check out the vendor list and didn't see too many exciting or even interesting options. I don't mean to be a downer, but I'm gonna save my Money for expo.

A idea...Search on Pinterest for Twinchies or embellishment ideas. Twinchies are 2x2 pieces of artwork.

I am bit bored lately, mostly because I'm depressed and would like some new internet places to visit. Could you tell me 5 sites you like to visit and why.
Here are the ones I frequent
1. 2peas of course
2. Reddit- love the writing prompts- it's like reading a bunch of short stories and r/wtf, because ya know WTF.
3. CBSnews
and really that's it except for facebook. I don't post much really and really don't read it all that much lately either.
Thanks for your help in getting me out of my rut.

I've had several biopsies. Core biopsy 15yrs ago and they way I had it done they don't do any longer. Most recent ones were MRI guided biopsies. For breast MRI you go in lying face down with your breast hanging down through cutouts in the table. Numbed up really well and biopsy done. Really didn't feel anything. They really are concerned with your comfort, so if you feel anything let them know. If you are concerned about pain or anxiety, have your dr prescribe something for the day of procedure. I'm sure you are anxious and worried, but even though I had a several Cm lump like you do, they still found out it was nothing. Also, if this is an MRI guided biopsy take pj's or comfy pants and warm socks, the rooms are freezing. If it helps, the worst part was I fell asleep and she woke me up when they pulled me out to do the biopsy.

Did you know that is the area Victoria Marie lives in. I fan girled when I saw another scrapper long ago in a store, I would lose it if I saw her. Although I can keep my fingers crossed. Btw they opened a rather large Tuesday Morning on 380. Some nice shops going in there. I have been to Scrapping Goodtime and they have a great selection. Don't forget Scrapbook Expo is coming the first weekend in April. I live over in Plano. Hope you are liking the area.

For those that have a cricut and use design space. I have hundreds of images and cuts. Do I upload them all to design space? Is it easier to use if they are all uploaded and are there any drawbacks to doing that? Thanks, Lorie I would be careful of how much you upload. I have read in my FB groups problems with too many files. I don't know if the newer Design Space 3 when it comes out will solve that problem or not. I only upload files when I need them right now. Thank you. That's the kind of info I was looking for.

We found out my late husband had stage 4 cancer in December and he passed away in September the following year. We were in disbelief and shock when we were first told. Couldn't believe that someone so young (he was 37 at the time), pretty active, and with kids so young (DS was 8yrs and DD was 1yr) could have cancer. His first oncologist told him that it was fatal and he would not survive. I ditched that doctor and found another one. The next one said he would do whatever he could and started doing tests and scheduling chemo right away. He was compassionate and caring...just what we needed. My husband didn't dwell on the thought that he was dying, he focused on what needed to be done. He did the tests, chemo, clinical trials. We made financial arrangements, got our affairs in order. It wasn't until 2 weeks before his death when his doctor said there was nothing more he could do before my husband accepted the fact that he was dying. We spent the remaining time with family and friends. I never left his bedside. I was there when he was admitted to the hospital, when he was transferred to hospice care, when he passed away. I can say that the most important thing to him during that time (the last two weeks) was spending time with his family and friends. If I was in the same situation, I would want do as my husband did. Spend time with the important people in my life. The only thing I would do differently is to leave memorials behind to my loved ones. I would write them notes or letters. I would do videos or take pictures. My son is 17 yrs old now and has kind of forgotten his daddy and my daughter never knew because she was too young. She is 10yrs old now and has no memory of him. Only some pictures of him (there aren't many of her with him because she was just a baby, unlike my son who had many more years with him) and whatever stories I have told her. At times she yearns to know what daddy did with HER and what daddy said to HER. I wish I could give her something from him (for her specifically) but we hadn't thought of that before he passed away. I can only reassure her that daddy loved her very much and that it was very sad that he didn't have more time with her. This. A lot of this. As a friend, I would ask my friend how she would like me to be. I can be kick Cancer's ass or the equally weepy friend, who is loosing someone close to them. I try to honor what they want. As a Hospice Nurse, there are resources available to help her if she wishes to do a video, or make a mold of her hand (wish I had done this). Anything she wants to make her time and remembrance more meaningful to those who will be left behind. When my mother passed away, we cut into 3 pieces the pillowcase she was sleeping on (was changed just one hour before). It had her scent on it. The smell of freshly laundered sheets and her Chanel #5. Ask her lots of questions about her life so that you can tell her children and her husband. Record them with your cell phone or write them down so you don't forget. Last, but not least, death is not a sprint for someone with Cancer. It is a marathon. Caretakers get very, very worn out, especially near the end. If you want to do something for the family, remember to take care of yourself first. Get rest and make sure you sleep. Get your flu shot if you haven't. As she gets near the end, please remember to sleep when she sleeps so that you can be there for her when she is awake. If there really is nothing that can't be done and she is content then please encourage her to accept Hospice. Hospice works so much better when it comes early in the prognosis versus the last couple weeks. Almost all insurances cover Hospice. And as I used to tell all my patient's. The rule book is now gone. Eat what you want (Ice cream for breakfast anyone!!), sleep and get up when you want. The rules are no longer needed.

I am extremely disappointed, I missed so many great deals. I have received my orders from Citrus twist and Elle's Studio and now I'm sad I didn't order more. This was my first order with both companies. I also had to work on cyber Monday so I missed lots. I'm going to formulate some sort of algorithm for shopping next year so I don't miss out on so many awesome deals.
I love what I've received!!!

Kohl's first carryon bag for DH and fitbit alta for oldest DD. Then the mall. Yankee Candle- large jars were B2G2 so I got 4 large jars and the totes that were on special. Girls went to Aeropostale where everything was 70%off and they got a few things. JCPenney- DH flannel shirts and DD2 graphic t's. Macy's- blankets and slippers-cute little ballet slippers with a pompom for DD's. and perfume for SIL Sneakers at Dick's for DD2 Michael's- just a couple small things. The $10 pack of washi's were not on sale. I did get a planner though. Then DH and DD1 spent the night in line at Nebraska Furniture to get Apple watches on sale for $99. They are so excited!
I also shopped online Wednesday for a computer for DD1 and camcorder for DD2. We are done!! Well except all the SB shopping I've done online.

I used to enjoy Black Friday shopping years ago when the kids were small and it was about getting up early and going with my mom or military to score great deals on toys for the kids. Now it seems like Black Friday is all about people buying stuff for themselves. Then it got earlier and earlier until now Black Friday starts sometime Wednesday evening. No fun. It's not about the "hunt" anymore, but about me, me, me. Word for word how I feel. Same here. Told my daughter that last night as we stood in line at The Limited. I loved getting a good deal on toys when the kids were little. Now I have 2 teenage daughters and they love to go BF shopping. Oldest and my DH stood in line overnight at Nebraska Furniture to get apple watches. They had a great time.

Has anyone purchased the Simon Says boxes Before? I'm very curious if it's old random stuff or worth buying. BTW saw Ellen Hutson is having a 10 yr anniversary sale Friday but don't know what it will be. I think I bought there years past & it was 20 or 30% off order. Oh another one is Paper Issues 40% off order Would you mind sharing the Paper Issues coupon code. Would love to shop there. Thanks.
