kitbop, Hailey is a cousin to Swayzee. She has never had much hair, but if you look closely she has tiny ponytails on the top of her head like a little lady bug.(I do know that lady bugs don't have antenna, but you know what I mean) Gracee is Swayzee's baby sister and she won't stand for bows in her hair! Her hair is dark and wild, not the the blond curls Swayzee had. Hailey is a first child for her parents, but she has a little brother on the way in Aug. She will be 2 by then. Busy mama. grammadee, I am so sorry about the Covid, but glad you tested before joining justjac. I hope it is a light case and that you begin feeling better soon. Oh...about all the food and dishes! How long is the virus active on an inanimate object? Please take it easy and get well. joyfulnana, I am impressed that you have finished a whole year of PL. That's amazing with the other layouts you have done. I don't know that I have anything pressing for Friday night, so I hope to join in the crop. I get more done when I have set-aside time. Linda, I pulled up your Eagle page and there was a little white arrow pointing right at the eagle. The thought went through my head, how did she put that arrow there? I went to make it bigger so I could see more detail and realized it was my cursor pointing right at the eagle! Silly me. It's a great photo and the greens and browns really enhance it. Thanks for sharing. I need to keep working on my list of things to do before Angie comes on the 15th. I have neglected things in my house. I need to clean out some kitchen cabinets that are too full. Hope I can get all that done today.

Oh...about all the food and dishes! How long is the virus active on an inanimate object? Please take it easy and get well. I know back 2020 no one really knew one way or another so we were all wiping down surfaces etc... but I think they later determined it was spread through aerosel droplets. I need to keep working on my list of things to do before Angie comes on the 15th. I have neglected things in my house. I need to clean out some kitchen cabinets that are too full. Good morning Pokeys. I woke up with what felt like [almost] normal energy. Felt like playing with paper for the first time since arriving home on Saturday. I tend to judge my gut health by whether or not I am hungry (happened yesterday) and my energy level by whether I want to make something (like this morning). Even if I had tested negative I probably would have talked myself into staying home today: probably need more in the tank than I have now to commit to a day away. nylene, I am thinking that by wearing a mask and wiping things I touch immediately after touching I can hopefully keep dh safe. I plan to stay home at least 5 days and will wear a mask in public after that if I have no more cold symptoms or still test positive. justjac is going to set up a Google Meet for me to join into the book club discussion. Wasted the energy I had paying bills and organizing photos. Started a page and printed one photo for it (I really W-A-N-T-E-D to print my Orlando pic's today...) But the page will have to wait for another day I think. At least I have a sketch, the pic, and the supplies I plan to use, so hopefully it will flow when I get to it again. Now I am flagging. So I think I will lie down shortly. Covid gives me permission to nap whenever I feel like it LOL.

grammadee, take all the naps you need. Those photos and pages can wait a while. I hope your DH stays well and that you have a little more energy every day. Linda, you have done a great job on A's Boundary Waters album. I had to smile about using the last strip of EP paper. I have strips that I can hardly stand to use if it's the last. Wonderful photos so nicely displayed. I love the last one with the whirly sunburst. Your embellishments are perfect for it. Love your gnome/leprechaun St. Patty's cards. Very cute. Are they paper pieced or colored? Either way, they are so cute.

Woke up feeling a bit stodgy. Another slow day I think. I did manage to finish the page I started yesterday. Will share here when I get it photographed and posted to Flickr. I have ideas for a second LO for one of the challenges, have chosen my papers, but I need to print the pic's for it. I will leave love on the sharing thread for all your pages and cards, Linda, but I have to say I LOVE those helpful kitties in your photos.

I will leave love on the sharing thread for all your pages and cards, Linda, but I have to say I LOVE those helpful kitties in your photos. Thank you - Thumper and Chai are the two kitties we fostered in the fall for the big kids. I've gotten SO many photos of them since they left here after Thanksgiving. I'm sorry you're still under the weather - rest as much as you can. (((Hugs))) First one for today and another kitty pic (Thumper again)

Love how you used the envelope to house the photo, Linda. And thanks. While I feel better now than when I woke up I am wondering if that is b/c I know I will be heading back for a nap soon? This is a page that was three days in production... Monday I found the papers and die I wanted to use. Yesterday I printed the pic of dd & family boarding the Hogwarts train at Universal Studios Harry Potter World and did some matting and arranging on the page. Today I glued it all together. I quite like this one... Feb 25 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

a throwback layout here - photo from Nov 2013...had to dig deep to find a good fall photo that had me in it for gramma 's challenge and since I was already in 2013 - I did this one as well. I'm hoping gramma gives me credit for #11 with this one - winter weather is a tough subject to scrap when you live in Florida

grammadee - glad you are pacing yourself but that you had energy to make that fabulous layout! Will it be the "title page" for your orlando trip pages? Really really great colours and energy in the arrows/lightning bolts! Linda - I have that Canada paper! Glad you could use it. It's old And the cute "last scrap" of EP paper is really cute! I hate running out of papers that work well with me, and when I discover a sheet that I'm using over and over I will order another back-up sheet so I don't have fear of running out. nylene - I'm sorry I got the girls mixed up! I actually zoomed in because I was thinking, "Hailee" but saw "Hailey" and was trying to figure out why I thought it was a double e ending. LOL that Gracee is asserting a strong "no" already.

Really really great colours and energy in the arrows/lightning bolts! Thanks! This isn't a title page but a page for next year's calendar. It was fun working with the newest Not Just for Boys club kit which arrived just before I left for Florida, so this page just kinda made itself! It just took me awhile to figure it out. First page after a break from scrapping is always slow, and my thoughts are moving like molasses over ice cream... Case in point: I didn't even realize there were lightning bolts on the pp (classic Harry Potter symbol, don't ya think?) until you mentioned them in your comments LOL--I was going with that pp because of the arrows.

Good afternoon Pokies! Got some housework done this morning and finished up an audio book (The Fellowship of the Ring). Now I'm trying to finish up my last 4 29-4-29 challenges. I do have to head out and pick up my glasses today - that'll be a bit sad as the eye doctor died only a few hours after my appointment earlier this month - that has got to be tough of the staff. And then we have a parent meeting for Academic Team at 530 - DD17 made the cut to go to States this year and it'll be the info meeting about that.

Linda ! What a batch of awesome pages!! I can't even pick a favorite, I love them all. So fun to document the music Annabelle is listening to. I didn't recognize any of the songs except the Taylor Swift one lol. I think you're fall throw back would be my favorite. What great memories. grammadee I love your page! I had a feeling it was a calendar page, I love how the excitement you can feel through the page, so many colors and arrows, it's great. Yes, if there is one think Covid has for itself, it's the permission to nap whenever you like, and to not attempt anything you don't want to do! lol. Not much going on here, just plugging along. I'm looking forward to a quiet weekend. I want to get started on the 29-4-29 challenges. I've got ideas and things pulled for the first 4. I'm really looking forward to scrapping tomorrow night. kellyr21 how is your giant canvas coming? Did you get any flooding where you are? What about you gramma ? I saw one day that the whole state was on stay at home orders because of the storms.
