I do both. A lot depends on the pictures I'm scrapping.

Does anyone still have those little slide frames from years ago? I still have a bunch in several colors. Any creative ideas on how to use these? Only thing I can think of is a frame, but they are really too small to display a picture.

I'm going to work on a Halloween album next which will include multiple years. Just want to have something to set out on the coffee table in October! My dh goes all out at Halloween and has come up with some awesome costumes. I just haven't gotten the motivation to do it yet. I even got a bunch of fun new Halloween things to make the album. My DH and I love to dress up for Halloween. I am up to date on that particular book. Those are the most fun pages to do, because I don't necessarily use Halloween papers, but do pages based on the them of our costumes. This is from Halloween 2013: The Cab 422-TUTU Hey, that's a great idea! I hadn't thought of matching it to a themed paper. I do have lots of adorable Halloween papers though!

All from ebay and got free shipping! Score!

I found a few things, but they didn't have much really. It was really very picked over. Did you find anything you loved? I hope I actually get it, they won't ship until July 22. I'm wondering a bit about receiving it, since they're closing, and I've never ordered from them before.

I haven't been to TM in years, and we have one in the next town over. I have been on a buying frenzy lately, putting new things away quickly so dh doesn't notice! He hasn't even asked what all the empty boxes are for. LOL I probably shouldn't head over there, but....I'm gonna! DO IT SUNNY!!!! I DARE you!! LOL!!! Ok, now you've done it. You've DARED me. How can I not do it now? Or....maybe I should wait for the dreaded TRIPLE-DOG DARE!!!

I'll see if I can maybe just take a picture of them and upload them that way.

I miss the store too. My friends and I would get together weekly there and use their work room. It was so nice to get up and grab the perfect ribbon or whatever we needed. This is from another thread I posted on: I have ordered from Arhivers Annex online and am happy with the service. I asked them if they were closing too, and they said they weren't, that they were changing ownership and would remain archiversannex, but that the name may change at some point. They said they are in it for the long haul. I also have ordered from Scrapbook.com and Joanns.com and have been happy.

My favorite is Bazzill White, but I will use any brand that has some texture to it. I use Walmart white cardstock if I am going to print on it, and also for cards.

SCORE!!! My mom used to have a mason jar full of buttons and I used to love just sorting through them. It's sort of calming.

Hi everyone, I am definitely pokey! I just finished an album (which took up 2 albums) for my daughter's mission. I finished that in May, and haven't gotten back into it. I have a question about posting pictures though. I understand that you have to use a photo hosting site, but how do you get 12 x 12 albums into your computer? My scanner only does 8.5 x 11. I am primarily a traditional scrapper, but would love to learn digital.

About age 12. I was shocked when she did, because without makeup her eyelashes only looked average, but once she used mascara, those puppies are LONG! The tips are so light you don't see them without mascara. I'm totally jealous and want to trade, but she won't.

To me, it always looks like she is baring her teeth rather than smiling. Scary! She gets on my last nerve with saying "there we go" about 8 or 10 times every show. And the way she says spa*GIT*tee and paaasta (like daaaddy). *Shudder*

I don't understand why you can't use your real name, I don't get it either.

I was flipping through channels yesterday and Nancy Grace (why does she talk like she's yelling?)was talking about one that the dad is being suspected of murder, not just forgetting the baby in the car. I can't remember where it happened. Can you believe that? It's so disgusting.

Ah yes, it reminds me of the old story, "I tried on Spanx and almost called 911" I think we need to hear this story!

We've been to Hawaii and did all the touristy stuff. I'd like to go back and just enjoy the beach and wander around. I'd love to go to Europe and spend a lot of time there. At least a month. It is truly a dream though, I don't see us ever coming into enough money to do that.

Those are definitely good reasons to look to get a replacement for your laptop. But then again, I'm a technology junkie, and rarely need an excuse to upgrade. As to the laptop/tablet question, it really depends what you're going to use it for. Personally, I can't stand using tablets for long unless they have a regular (Bluetooth) keyboard. For that reason alone, I would get a laptop. However, many newer laptops (especially those that are thin, lightweight, etc.) don't have dvd/cd drives anymore. They can't and maintain their low weight and profiles. I got a MacBook Pro recently and bought an external drive. They don't cost much, but when you need it, it's definitely nice to have. See, this is my thinking too. I think I want a regular keyboard for typing. I am fast on the keyboard, but on a tablet, not so much. Although my "tablet" is only a kindle fire. It might be easier with a full size tablet.

I love it!! I should so do that to ours. Our mailbox is on a post with 4 others that belong to members of my family. All 4 mailboxes are black. My step-mom already thinks we're miscreants because of my somewhat liberal views, this might make her head explode. Too funny, I love it!

I don't have any cabinets in my powder room at all, just a pedestal sink and toilet. I have a basket that is the same size as the tank cover, and I store extra TP and hand towels there on the top of the toilet.

I went through and saved a few things, but I never really referred to them while I had them, so I figure it's no big loss. Did anyone order things from them at the closing sale? I have never ordered from them, but I did order a few things from the sale, hope I get them....
