Too-sawn. I’m trying to imagine how to pronounce the C. Tuck-son? Yep, Too-sawn. My sister was born there.

Yes, I have had 3 but now have rough collies. My Kees have all passed. I am so sorry! My Kees had already passed when you would occasionally post yours. It stuck with me. Time is cruel. I'm sorry you have lost yours also. Because our last one had epilepsy and I remember several places in the house where he had REALLY bad seizures, I haven't been able to get another one. Just broke my heart completely.

Fromm Pork and Applesauce kibble. My boys started on Orijen as puppies then moved to Fromm. We just had one of our dogs pass at almost 17 years old. The other two are 9 and almost 9 (large breed). They are very healthy, and we won't deviate from their great food--Fromm. Are you the Pea with the Keeshonden? Yes, I have had 3 but now have rough collies. My Kees have all passed.

@**Gypsygirl** Patter Thanks for the links, ladies. I haven't been able to figure out how one gets the cuff tight if using alone & trying to tighten with 1 hand (I have very skinny arms). Any suggestions would be appreciated. You are welcome. I have gotten good at putting it on myself, but also I believe Omron sells a small cuff you can buy. Maybe give them a call.

I got both cubes for Christmas. Haven't used them yet but I know I am personally going to love them. I bought a cheap one from Amazon prior to that, and I don't like it as well as I know I am going to like these.

We did a 20 hour drive every summer for 14 years. We took 2 days there and 2 days back. We stayed two weeks. I don't know that I could have done that long drive without the 2 weeks in between. Going was always fun because of the excitement of our destination. Going back was awful because the vacation was over, and we were headed back home. I drive 7-8 hours alone a lot, and last summer I did 12 hours. Never again doing 12 hours by myself that long.

Check out Lyft. A family member did lots of research before taking her first ride in this type of transportation. Lyft seems better. She was very pleased with her two rides to and from the airport. A coworker drives for both and says Lyft treats their drivers better. Because of that, I only use Lyft. The experience is exactly the same. Also supposedly the driving records are checked further back for Lyft drivers over Uber.

Thanks again all! The doctor recommended the lighter compression level, and did not give me a prescription. The visit was part of an Urgent Care visit. He did check for a blood clot as that was the concern. The other concern was an ongoing infection in my great toe--not an ingrown toenail, but further up the toe along the nail bed. One of those "where did this come from" infections. I think that the infection was exacerbated by poor circulation. My left leg is the one that has over the years sustained more injuries--bunion surgery, three different knee injuries over my life time--non needing surgery. Patter thanks for the heads up as I was wondering what I will do in the summer! What brand do you suggest? I have these, and they are my favorite but they are pricey. Zensah Compression SleeveI also have these that I wear when I don't want anything showing or when I don't want as much compression. There are also MANY more now on Amazon since I have purchased mine. With the traffic on Pelham and I85, there is nothing only a 20 min commute! Hahahaha. I live about 45 min away from that area. Not ever heard much about Eastside, other than they always clobbered us in football, but Riverside is supposed to be a pretty good school. You may want to drive around in rush hour in several different directions before you commit to an area. Seriously, this area has outgrown its roads and the traffic can be horrible. That's what I was going to say about Pelham and I-85. Oh my, THE worst traffic.

Brümate has all that Stanley does but with completely leakproof cups (including their new Era cup that has a straw!) I’ll stick to my Brumates. I have never seen a Brumate but my Stanley is leakproof also. The one I have is very different from the ones everyone is fighting over. LOL!

Also, just in case you didn't know, there are compression socks that only go from the ankle to the knee. I can't stand to have my feet in socks or toes covered so I wear those. LOVE them. Free feet!

Good gracious, the hype is crazy. I feel like I now need to guard my $35 cup. I have seen it for $115 and other crazy prices. This is the Stanley Ice Flow I have. Very different from the other Stanley's (which I don't own). LOL guard it with your life! Or.... sell it and pay a college tuition bill! Ha, yep. Changed to a different color this morning for work. I think the pink will stay under lock and key at home.

One question for Stanley people, do you throw yours in the dishwasher? When I bought my Hydroflask a few years ago, they did not recommend the dishwasher. They said to hand wash. I’ve seen newer HydroFlasks and I guess you can put them in the dishwasher now, although they still recommend hand washing. I would love to throw mine in the dishwasher. I wash my Stanley cups in the dishwasher. My hydroflask said to hand-wash too. Yes, they are dishwasher safe. That was one of the reasons my aunt bought me my first one. All 3 parts go in the dishwasher--the lid, plastic straw, and cup itself. I just use my bottle brush for flip part of the straw and the straw itself before I put them all in the dishwasher. LOVE the Ice Flow!

Yes naby64, the handle is a game changer!!!!! I was worried at first but there is nothing as awesome. I LOVE this thing! That's why the other Stanley's don't interest me because of the "normal handle." I can't do those. This I can do!

I just posted this in the other Stanley thread. The hype is crazy. I feel like I now need to guard my $35 cup. I have seen it for $115 and other crazy prices. This is the Stanley Ice Flow I have. Very different from the other Stanley's (which I don't own). My aunt got me an Ice Flow for my birthday last June, and I have been hooked ever since. But I guess I need to put my pink one under lock and key.

Due to my job search I'm spending more time on LinkedIn than I used to. Someone just posted an article on how Stanley only used to market to men, saw an uptick in the number of women who were interested in the cup and instead of brushing it off and being content with sales as they were they embraced the opportunity to serve a new market. Started creating cups in a more pastel palette, partnered with "influencers" and companies like Starbucks and are basically riding the wave all the way to the bank. They've increased their sales by the billion all while still making the same quality product they always have. This is the Stanley I think of. www.amazon.com/Stanley-Classic-Vacuum-Bottle-Hammertone/dp/B000FZX93K?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=A19JHPZ9Z2DWEPOh no, no, no. They no longer look like that. Mine actually look like my Yeti's but stay colder longer than my Yeti's, and the lid is THE best (only on the Ice Flow IMO).

I will disagree with the no transitioning between flavors. We used to think that. We use Fromm. They have a lot of great flavors. We used to switch between several of them UNTIL one of our boys would start getting diarrhea. The vet said that a different flavor is like a different dog food--yes, same company but different ingredients thus it can cause issues. He also said that there is no need for different flavors. So we stuck with Pork and Applesauce, and he has never had another stomach issue since.

I'm not usually a trend follower, but I ended up getting a 30oz with handle for my oldest and then liking hers so much that I bought a 30oz without a handle for me. For me, the thing that pushed it beyond the cheaper water bottles I usually used was it keeps my drink cold forever (I'll put ice in at 7pm and it's still there at 7am) and it can go in the dishwasher (so many bottles have to be handwashed and I can always taste the soap afterward no matter how many times I rinse it plus many metal water bottles have a tinny taste). I paid $30 each for both bottles so not really more expensive (actually I looked and Hydro Flasks cost more than that). My ice is still there in the morning. It actually stays colder longer than my Yeti's. I think it's because of the lid on the Ice Flow. Not sure the other Stanley's would keep it as cold as this one.

I have always had and loved Yeti's; however, holding them hurts my arthritic hands. My aunt bought me a Stanley Ice Flow 30 oz., and it is the BEST cup ever! I now have 4 because it's ALL I drink with 24/7. I got one for $27, two for $35, and one as her gift to me. The hot pink one I got for $35 you find everywhere for $70. You just have to shop and look for the best price. They are dishwasher safe, I love the straw, and first and foremost I can carry it and drink from it easily with my sore hands. LOVE this thing. I no longer use my Yeti's. Stanley Ice FlowI didn’t realize they were dishwasher safe. That makes them a little more desirable but I still don’t want to hold a huge cup even with a handle. I also have issues holding cups and don’t really like my metal water bottles but mostly don’t like the small opening and that they are a pain to open in the car so stopped using them and back to plastic water bottles. The Ice Flow is different from the other Stanley's. Even the handle is different. It's on the top not the side, and makes all of the difference. I don't find the 30 oz. huge. My daughter (the school teacher) has the 40 oz. and loves that size while in the classroom. Now that's too big for me. LOL!

I love the idea of making them into ornaments! Put the persons name and birthdate on the bottom or somewhere. Me too! Love that! Now to ask Mom where mine are (and hers).

I have some of it. I’m not as crazy about the foundation as I wanted to be. For me, I’ve found that I need to really build it up to get the coverage I want. It seems to sit in my lines and I’ve also found it to be itchy. Exactly that. Their CS is great though but I won't buy anymore of their products.
