Are there any Peas from TN? Specifically in the Knoxville area.
-What can you tell me about living there?
-Does anyone live on the water? Please share the good/bad of this as we are looking into maybe doing this.
-What is the worst place to live around Knoxville?
-What is the best place to live around Knoxville?
-Water: best/worst water to live on?
Thanks for any wisdom or experiences you have!

I'll be watching. We need to buy ds one for school. I have my 2nd Dell. I got my first in 2006 and this one in 2013 or so. So I keep them a long time too. We bought the kids an HP to share a few years ago and it sucks. You may want to check with his school to see what he needs. Our dd was given a pc to use at college from the college. It was a great brick. We had gotten her a MacBook Pro to use. The college pc remained in her trunk until she graduated. We purchased the laptop for her back in Spring of 2015. The computer is still going strong. If your son is going to do anything with graphics, video, photography you cannot beat a Mac for it’s capability.

I asked my dh about this. It is a lot of paperwork and keeping track of everything. Then, apparently when you put your house up for sale there is another mess that has to be taken care of. He explained it, I really tuned out because he went on and on and on about all that has to be done.

It would be a hard call for me as my dh is a cancer survivor. We’ve (our daughter and I) have taken him into consideration for each and everything we have done or not done during this time.
If you have any high risk people that he is around he probably should remain away from them after the party.

You may be able to set up a guest network within the router you set up. That way guests would use one password and yours would be different.

Our state is absolutely asking as there was a press release that an individual attending a protest had tested positive so please go and get tested. This does not mean they are asking them if they were protesting. They are asking the individuals that protested to go and get tested. Once they get there, my understanding is they cannot ask if they were protesting.

CeeScraps I haven’t been to any restaurants here (for outdoor or indoor, only take out) but my 19year old sister is a server at a bar/restaurant in Okoboji, IA. Last week a coworker came to work after she had tested positive. My sister said that she has had customers complain about her wearing a mask (which isn’t mandatory, and the person with Covid wasn’t wearing one) and at one point the owner told her to take it off because it was bothering customers. That's HORRIBLE. It's too bad she couldn't stay home to recover. I get that it would be hard, but this stuff is never going to go away unless people listen to the Science of it all.

I loved it. But then .. I pretty much like all musicals. Sorry I wasn’t clear. This is the movie about Roger Ailes.

I haven’t read everything. I had heard that when a person is being tested they cannot be asked if they were at a protest rally. So, have the protests changed the numbers? If the person can’t be asked and they don’t volunteer the information we will never know.

We’re good here! I’ve been working on quilt blocks. My dh has been replacing fence posts today (no I don’t live on a ranch) in our backyard. Consequently he is worn out. It’s gotten warm here too. I guess it’s about time as it’s the end of June!
TX from what I’ve heard hasn’t required masks and opened quickly. I feel for them and the other states that have done or maybe I should say haven’t done things.

I heard part of his tv appearance today. I couldn't get past how he was stumbling and the awkward pauses he was having. He seemed very uncomfortable.

I will repeat almost everyday regarding this virus. We do not have the information to make any decisions regarding the future of COVD19. We can guess, we can plan, but we do not know what is going to happen. August/September are light years away in COVID time. Everyone is eager to open up and move on. Many disregard all guidelines to stop or slow down the spread. They refuse to wear masks, curb group activities or stay at home as much possible. In order to get what we all want, we have to do the hard work. We were headed the right way, but selfishly lost the ground we made, because we wanted to be done with it. We should learn from this mistake and not rush into opening schools too soon. Kids trust adults to make decisions on their behave that will keep safe.

IL is open starting today for limited indoor dining, but masks must be worn if you cannot maintain 6' distance.
I think our Governor has taken a lot of slack over all of this in addition to the Mayor of Chicago. All I can tell you is that it's working. Time will tell what happens with all of this opening again.

Yuppers! I did it in my both my second grade classroom and my third grade classroom.
The kids brought the prewashed shirts. I had the rubber bands, and dye. We did it right in the classroom, laid the shirts outside the room on the grass. Then I sent them home in baggies with instructions on how to wash them. The kids wore them for field day!

IL has done a wonderful job bringing it’s numbers down. We have had to wear masks for awhile. It’s really no big deal. Wear them in the stores. Take them off once you’re away from others outside.

You can get an exercise strap that will measure your heart rate better than the watch. It syncs with the watch so it will record off of that instead of your wrist.

Your phone, at least an iPhone. Even if you were to turn on the tracker it won’t work. Why? Because it states that you need another app for it to work. Please, please read what it says on your phones.

They just need to release the guidance already. I’ve sat in four hours of planning meetings. We’ve been planning a hybrid model, splitting the classes into A and B sections, and offering full remote to those who request it. Today’s memo or whatever it was kind of threw off our superintendent at our meeting this afternoon. We need the guidance to formulate actual plans instead of just brainstorming, to help us make opening less of a shitshow than it probably will end up being. I heard this afternoon that IL District 214 is going to have 2 days in session, then 3 days online.

I am O negative. I found out my blood test when I was pregnant with my first. I had to get the Rhogam shot. I don’t recall what I am, but I too had to have the shot after each miscarriage, then after I had our daughter.

Where does she live?
We have no proms, graduations, funerals, weddings. Anything with more than I think 10 people right now.
