He has already said he would be holding rallies from now to 2024.
He is going to his golf course since he can't live ar Mar a lago and to avoid criminal charges...just speculation.

Did they? If he publicly said he would publish if trump attacked him, I wouldn’t put it past trump to leak it first to get his vase all riled up— I’ve said since 2015 that the only thing trump et al was successful at was controlling the narrative. I don't have the link, but dump this morning tweeted about his call with SOS and lied about the call with SOS responding.

Did Trump really think by insulting the governor, calling him a schmuck and basically incompetent, that would strengthen his argument? No, dump called himself a schmuck.

Also depends on the games they want to play and if they can play together. For animal crossing for each console you have one island and 2 players can play local, up to 4 players, with 4 consoles, but only one person can be in charge at a time and the players have to tap each other to be in charge. My twins do not like to share who is in charge,, so they play at separate times with the full version switch with one animal crossing game, on the same island. We also bought another controller, like for Xbox for the switch while our joycons were getting repaired for joycon drift.

Just know whatever color you pick is going to look darker on the wall than it does on the swatch. Ask me how I know, LOL. I chose the lightest teal for my bedroom at our cabin and it is soooo dark. It’s a whole lot darker than I imagined it would be once it was on the walls. I wish I would have chosen something even lighter. I did the same thing in my bedroom when the chocolate brown/blue was popular... kind of wound up with smurf blue...dislike it now...

I read the series a while ago and just finished binge-watching all of the episodes. I really enjoyed the actors that played Simon (who wouldn't?!) and Daphne. I was let down by Colin as someone else said. I think Eloise was my favorite character. Is the Bee significant for some reason? SPOILER ALERT In the books, the father of the family died from a bee sting. Anthony’s story centered around his fear of a similar fate, so it seems to allude to the next season being Anthony’s story. I believe his was the second book as well. THAT'S why they showed a bee on the windowsill at the end....I did not know

Expelled 2 of them and had one ultrasound to try to locate first one. I had complications from fibroid, ultimately a hysterectomy.

DD got a dip nail kit from Santa. We both have some major glitter nails. Not sure I liked the experience as I didn't realize we are putting super glue on nails. Santa did not check out the ingredients before delivering. Not a fan. Anyone else do dip?

This is just an FYI for when reading about mutations and what I can help with interpretations as I am a protein biochemist that has studied structure and function of mutations of a protein (but not Covid). When you read about the UK strain mutation has spread, for example, the N501Y strain, what this means is that the "original, or first" DNA sequence of the virus has had a DNA base change (remember there are 4 bases, ACGT) and this base change has translated to a protein (3 DNA bases make a protein) change. In this example, the 501st protein in the Covid protein has changed from N (which is Asparagine, a polar uncharged amino acid) to Y (which is tyrosine, a hydrophobic amino acid). This protein change causes a change in the structure of a protein, potentially in a critical area of function. Such as interacting with a protein to enter the cell, such as the spike protein or interacting with receptors or even changing the shape of the protein to enter the cell. This happens with viruses. They mutate for their goal, to infect, replicate and infect another host.
But think about the virus as a blob, or protein. After an immune response (hey, this if foreign, I don't like you...antibodies attack this blob). One way of doing that is that antibodies bind to the blob. Antibodies are literally, Y-shaped. The tops of the Y of the antibody, will bind to, neutralize, destroy, launch an immune response and keep the virus from invading, but since this is a blob, the surface of the protein is not flat and the epitope, where the antibody binds is not linear and so scientists can not predict how antibodies bind exactly, nor make exact antibodies for future vaccines.
Also, what I'd like to say is that even though there are reports of this mutation, it does not mean that it's really affecting the community in the way that has been presented, because there has not been biological studies (some in vitro, tissue culture only, from what I've read). If you read the end of the studies, there's usually a clause that says something along the lines of " The rapid growth of this lineage indicates the need for enhanced genomic and epidemiological surveillance worldwide and laboratory investigations of antigenicity and infectivity."
There will be mutations of viruses, that is what they do. I wish that there is more reporting on facts vs. speculation. The virus will spread to survive, whatever the genome sequence is, vs. original vs. D614G vs N501Y vs... the next one. Damn, I just hope it's not too late. I am angered that it's too late for 330,000 souls.

I work in an elementary school with special needs kids. All of the kids, including ones with significant disabilities wear masks as do the teachers and staff. Before September, I was really concerned about enforcing mask wearing. Surprisingly, all of the kids have been very complaint and there have been very few issues. I recognize that not everyone can wear one, but with a little practice and work, I think the majority of kids can. I do think the movie theater could have done more to accommodate the family. Come back later after hours, a private viewing room, a theater with fewer people and posted signs that masks might not be worn by everyone, enter at your own risk etc. A movie theater near us used stacked containers to make a drive in theater. The people in the theater with the family did not choose to be there with unmasked patrons. Why...watch a movie at home. Get some popcorn set up pllows..make it special wherever they live. Why is it up to AMC? How much did it cost for the family to attend this movie? 50 bucks? Thats a lot of money that they could get a DVD player and DVD from the library, or other reasonably priced venues, like red box or etc. Not sure why going to movie at this time is wise without a mask.

This is the first detected case. The US has not put in measures to sequence the virus due to dump. It is disgraceful with the US capabilities to detect, test, sequence, implement vaccines and dump has done nothing. I'm sure the variant, which many more will occur will happen. That is what a virus does. There needs to be more information collected to determine future directions, which includes sequence databases of mutations. Another plus for Biden's presidency, lindas

I think it's exciting because TNBC (which is the type I have) doesn't have any targeted treatments like other cancers which are hormone or HER2 receptive, so we are really limited with treatments. Immunotherapy is the current big hope, but if we could train the immune system BEFORE people get cancer, that would save so much pain and heartache. I have some news for other treatments. My DH's drug, VDX-111 and his company, Vona Oncology, just got an SBIR grant (small business for 2.4 million) for fast track Phase I/ II clinical trials for TNBC. Also, working on treatments for melanoma, too. Hope it can get to patients soon. Hugs to those fighting.

Nope, I would get everyone tested! It's what we did, but then we all had symptoms. But at that point patient zero, my Son, was being isolated in his room. We didn't let him out until we all had confirmed positives. Then it was easier not to have him locked up and all of us in our rooms separated. We where all able to be "together" again and my poor son was let out of isolation. Our state, or our town I should say, is testing everyone, including people who don't have symptoms. We are in Arizona and we where hit hard and #1 for awhile, so maybe that's why. The health department has several sites all around town and even a mobile unit that goes somewhere different 3 days a week and is offering saliva testing instead of the nasal swab. I didn't have to go thru my Dr., I just signed up all up online. It's actually very easy to get a test here. That is where you are. Not every state has this set up. Testing sites are being shut down thanks to dump. It's not actually easy to get tested in some areas. My mom, cancer patient, gets chemo every 3 weeks, in S. Il. called for days to get tested because her PcP would not see her until she got a test because she had a cough. She had bronchitis.

Check your insurance policy to see what's covered, and if not, determine the price and decide if it's worth your comfort. You are the driver in the dental chair.

I fell down the stairs, while carrying my baby (he was fine, saved him) and smacked my knee on the stairs. I cried and thought that there was something not quite right. I "walked" with my knee bent for 6 weeks until I got an MRI and it came back with:
Marked bone marrow edema in the posterior lateral tibial plateau with a small cortical impaction fracture noted
I wore a brace and did physical therapy after this analysis. All good now.

There's not enough testing and materials (reagents to do the testing are limited) to test every day or all members of a family. To be safe, assume that you are all positive. Depends on where you are located about testing. I'm not sure what you mean "about the numbers".
All could still be positive days later, maybe too early in infection to detect. There is a threshold of what viral load the tests can detect. Think of it as a bell-shaped curve and "you" are at the bottom and the test can only detect viral particles half-way up the curve. At that particular day, you are negative, but several days later you can be positive.

Here's my funny kids' zoom story. They are both in the same science class. They learned about the water cycle so as a special guest the Aurora public works was invited to speak. The teacher set up the zoom as all students were hosts (accidentally), so students were letting kids in the meeting and then kicking kids out. It was chaos for 45 minutes. Kids loved it...lol
