Do you have a Sizzix Precision Base Plate? I find that there are certain dies I cannot get a clean cut unless I use that.
Alternatively, run the die through your Big Shot twice, rotating the die during the second pass. Not sure how to explain it but if you ran the die through the first time facing north/south, make the second pass facing east/west or at least on a diagonal if it won't fit.

123stitch.com has a message board. www.123stitch.com/cgi-bin/BBS/bbs_forum.cgi There are many long time stitchers who love a good hunt for a pattern. A post with "can you help me find this pattern?" might get you the name and company.

Ok so I'm not currently doing this but I have a friend who has lost 48 lbs eating keto... i have tons of questions but she is super busy at work right now... Sooooo I'm gonna ask yall... lol What is the 18:6 thing someone above mentioned?? During a 24 hr fast... is it only water all day?? Or what exactly can you have?? Just a couple to start My favorite keto/HFLC website is: www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb. Lots of great resources, explanations, list of foods and some really good recipes. From the same website is info on intermittent fasting from Dr. Jason Fung. Again very good info, easy to understand. Scroll all the way down to the videos. www.dietdoctor.com/intermittent-fastingI do 20:4 most days. On the weekend, I may give myself a 16:8 day if I feel I need it. During fasting periods I only drink water. Some people have small amounts of calories during fasting periods but what I'm doing works for me. When I started out, I went 16:8. If my last meal was at 7:00, I wouldn't consume any calories until I broke my fast at 11:00. The first couple days was tough but then it becomes really easy. Now I effortlessly do 20 hours of fasting.

What is this non-flaking non-shedding glitter paper a few of you mentioned? If you're talking about the SU glitter paper, that still sheds glitter. I like MFT's sparkle card stock.

Loose glitter? No way. Never. I think I've purged everything I stupidly bought. The new non-flaking glitter paper? Oh, yes!!!!

I'm still at it. Down almost 30 lbs. Recovering from a weekend away with friends that caused all kinds of bad eating. But, you know what? By day number 3, I couldn't wait to get back on my program. And since then I've been watching my carbs very closely and increasing my hours of fasting.
On Thursday I plan to indulge a bit but nothing crazy. I'll be back on low carb on Friday. I really feel better when I eat this way.

Brother P-touch here, too. I’ve had it for a long, long time and don’t remember where I bought it or the price. Probably Amazon or Sam’s Club.

I started out with the Avery Elle stamp storage bags but have moved to the Ellen Hutson brand which are much sturdier (and, of course, more expensive). Too many of my AE bags have torn. And especially those with stamps and their matching dies.
I buy the small size and they are the same size as the AE.
ETA: never mind, I don't think EH makes a size that will work for the Hero Arts sets.

12 cards per design. Boredom sets in earlier but I'm not sure I can come up with more than 20 designs per year.

I don't mean this to be mean girl or snarky at all. I have been in this industry long enough when a company states "By Overwhelming Demand" it usually means "By Underwhelming Demand". I think it is one of those marketing ploys if you feel that there is a shortage then you will run out and purchase it. My theory is that Cocoa Daisy's new subscription policy has so many of their subbies confused that they had a drop in membership. They are just trying to drum up more subscription excitement. I was watching Happy Planner unboxing's the other night on YouTube. Came across a Cocoa Daisy one. I took a peek. DH & I loved that insert for November's planner kit. It said- Introverts Unite, We're Here, We're Uncomfortable, And we want to go Home. DH & I want that for our door and to turn into cards to hand out to people, lol. I agree with your "underwhelming demand" analysis completely! And, if you are still buying from SC, you can get that Introverts quote in a stamp.

No lines when I voted a little after 9:00 but there seemed to be a steady stream of voters. Among other issues, I wanted to make sure to vote for a library tax renewal.

Every time I break my rule and order from SSS, I kick myself. But they were the only place that had both the die and the stamp in inventory. So on Thursday 10/26, I placed my order. Interestingly, on the confirmation I received the date was listed as 10/27 (and, yes, we are in the same time zone). My order was listed as "new" until Tuesday 10/31 when the status changed to processing. It shipped yesterday and delivery is scheduled for tomorrow.
I placed an order at scrapbook.com at 10:30 this morning. It shipped at 4:30 this afternoon.
And this is why I spend most of my crafting dollars with Ellen Hutson and scrapbook.com.

I'm still confused as to what we will be able to add each month. In the email it stated items in the shop could still ship with your kit if purchased between the 28th and 1st. I guess they are talking about the planner binders, TN covers, and older product? But what I'm wondering is if they will still have extra stickers or extra washi tape available, some inserts... you know the things that normally don't sell out each month? I guess the answer is no unless you sub to those too? The way I read it was if you wanted to be sure to get those, you needed to start a sub for them. There might be some available on the 1st but absolutely no guarantee. I think as they get a better handle on the numbers needed for subscribers over the next few months there will be less available to buy on the 1st. And that's the model they're working towards.

I was so bad on my goals for October I didn't even make any! I think I was in a major funk last month and I hope that has passed.
So for November: 1) Prep card kits for crafty weekend 2) Mail cards for Caring Hearts Card Drive 3) Mail cards for November Ronald McDonald House 4) Make and mail cards for November Cards for a Cause 5) Stay current on November daily memory keeping

I've never been a subscriber but I have picked up packs of the patterned papers, die cuts and stamp sets (the words/phrases) many times in the past. I can't tell you the last time I shopped there. Maybe 5 - 6 months ago? Like others have said there's just too much repetition. chances, thank you for saying this. I've been bothered by the lack of diversity, too.

So they are cutting off their nose to spite their face? It just doesn't make sense to me. Offering products only to subbers? Because 95% of the customers are your subbers? Maybe that's because you don't order enough product for non-subbers to buy from you! Everything is always sold out. Maybe that's why your non-subber numbers are so low. I don't know...am I misunderstanding?? It sounds to me like they are taking a step backwards. In my opinion, in today's email, they made it very clear their business model is the subscription service. They don't want to be a store or carry inventory in excess of what their subscribers will consume that month. If I remember correctly, they just moved the business out of the owner's home in the past year and, from the photos shared on instagram, the new office is set up primarily for shipping out the monthly boxes. It didn't appear there was much additional room for storage. They claim to increase their quantities every month but these are consumed by new subscribers. Maybe the new customers are coming from SC or GB - I don't know. It's apparently working for them and they certainly have the right to run their business as they see fit according to their strategy and financial objectives.

Me too Not something I'm interested in - I certainly don't want to spend another US$20 every month when I don't know what I'll be getting. Guess that means I'll be sticking just with my SB sub for now. It would have been nice to know what MIGHT be included for $20/mo. I've tried to remember what extras have been offered in the past and can only come up with some planner clips, some coordinating puffy stickers and acetate sheets. Nothing that would total $20. So, it's a "no" for me, too.

I use the Neenah 110 lb solar white for all my Copic coloring and am quite happy with it. There is a learning curve with using Copics. It's definitely not like coloring with Crayolas!!! Did you check into this class? Lots of great info here from very good Copic artists. www.onlinecardclasses.com/product/copic-markers-for-card-makers/

I initially thought Tim Holtz or Lawn Fawn but I am not finding anything. Maybe an electronic die cut. Still looking. Yeah, my initial thought was that it looked like a TH die.

I am a subscriber and have been for about a year. When I first subscribed, I could sometimes grab a kit other than my subscription. After a few months, less and less was available at release time. And then the server issues started. Trying to get an order through at release was an exercise in futility and was just too stressful.
The kits are beautiful. The couple of times I've had an issue, they were resolved promptly and professionally. I'm sorry to hear others have had less than that in their dealings with customer service.
That said, I continue to subscribe. I've decided what kits/add ons are things I will use and I subscribe to those. I no longer put myself through the release night frenzy and disappointment. If Cocoa Daisy had a better system, they might get even more of my dollars.
