I think I might be calling 911 with a fever of 107! I know in children fevers that high can cause brain damage. I haven't read past page one yet, but I wanted to say how sorry I am to hear this. I hope she recovers quickly.

I couldn't find your youtube channel. Your link on the other thread just led back to the thread. How about "Shine" for a title?

My husband is a teacher and they are using Zoom. He can see all the kids and they can see each other. It's free for the students as long as they are in a meeting with the teacher. If not, they have to pay. I'm sure they can all keep in touch on their phones if you are talking social togetherness.

Are chux washable? I thought they were disposable, hence "chuck" them out...

You should have all your friends and family who are not being cautious read Michael Bane's story on facebook. He details what he has gone through with the virus and it is brutal. Maybe reading someone's experience would make them think twice. Michael Bane's story

I'm making a hamburger stroganoff in the instant pot. I haven't had it out for awhile and I have lots of hamburger in the freezer so it was a fairly easy call. Would you please share your recipe? I just got an instant pot and I LOVE stroganoff. We had carne asada with rice and toppings.

I'm a 4. What is this life path you are talking about? Lifepath 4 is about structure, practicality and routine. The worker bee. Like you may enjoy a job with a set schedule rather than spermatic.... ( lol I had to leave that auto correct in there to share the laugh ...sporadic haha, I noticed that. What I meant was, is this numerology or something like that? I am totally unfamiliar. I'm another worker bee 4. 31/4. "spermatic" ETA: SunnySmile - your avatar message is also my own mantra. When I worked in retail, I used to say that my main aim was to make the customers feel better when they left than when they walked in. What a great attitude!!

Ours got changed from the short, fat sticks to the long thin ones! Maybe it's a regional thing?
I grew up calling it a cube and I still call it that sometimes, but we always had the short, fat sticks back then.

Can I just say.... I AM SICK OF COOKING!!!!!!! Trying to low carb and can't make what I want, which of course is carbs. I definitely do not like zoodles. I especially don't want them 4 nights in a row. I'm ready to dive into some bread or pasta, but have held back so far...LOL. Anyone else doing low carb? What are you eating?

This happens to me every time, and I go every 6 months. It's like the skin just splits, it's awful, and they don't seem to have any sympathy for you either. NO!!! They don't!! I had to go in for a biopsy and they have a special breast care nurse who is there to baby you and rub your hand and whatever. I talked to her about it because #1) this can't be normal #2) I had to have a second mammogram after the biopsy/clip, and didn't want to have it re-injured. That old bat told me it looked like it was caused by my bra rubbing, not the mammogram. I was super pissed. Ummm, no... I got a mammogram, held under my breasts right afterward, and it immediately started burning from the salt on my skin/touching the tears. I don't think I'd be wearing a bra if it caused this, lady. Not a good experience. The squeezing itself was fine, but they legitimately injured me and tore my skin open with how they pulled/positioned and then let the machine pull. I'm sorry it happens to you too. They said the same thing to me! "Oh that's from your bra rubbing." Really? Why didn't I have that when I came in then???

Brutal. I have only had one - at age 30 (so not like my skin was particularly fragile), and it tore the HELL out of where my breast met my chest. Awful and I was in intense pain and had to treat it with antibiotic and bandages for a week. This happens to me every time, and I go every 6 months. It's like the skin just splits, it's awful, and they don't seem to have any sympathy for you either.

When I lived in CA i was going down the stairs and I saw through the window at the top of the stairs 2 guys roll up in their car, one gets out and starts peeing on the side of my house. I opened the window and yelled at them and they took off. It's unreal.

I'm right there with you. I have struggled with my dd's emotional issues. Had her in therapy and on meds. Now she's 18 and I have no control over her treatment. Right now she is without a job. Quit 2, got fired from 1. Evicted from her apartment for cleanliness issues, had gone through 6 roommates because of it. Will not keep me posted on her life. Half the time I don't know where she is because she is floating around staying with friends. Anyway, a very good read, thanks for sharing it.

Crime scene, bloodbath, these are both words I use describe what's going on for the last 38 days straight. Called my doc today, she wants another pelvic ultrasound and bloodwork, then an appointment with her, to discuss options I'm assuming. If given the chance, I think I would choose hysterectomy because I'm 51 and have 100% insurance coverage through my dh's retirement only for one more year. I don't know if they'll give me the option though.

Hi ladies! I haven't been here in forever, been dealing with some health issues and family issues that have taken all my time and energy. I hope everyone is well! I'm making pork chops and mushroom risotto, probably with some cooked beets on the side. A warm meal for a gloomy, gray day.
