I forgot I ordered the ADVENTure Challenge for Couples about 6 months ago - I just got a notification it had shipped. It’s 12 scratch of “dates” for the holiday season.

We got new luggage lately, and I noticed the trend in luggage tags is that someone has to open the tag in some way to get to your information, sometimes putting forth real effort. It seems like it was a privacy thing, but I want the person trying to determine if they have the right luggage or in a situation like this to be able to identify the luggage owner easily.

I like the idea of the puzzle calendar for DD, but it would drive her nuts to limit herself to 42 pieces a day for 24 days. lol She will have puzzles going from the day she gets home from college until the day she goes back. I did Harry Potter Lego last year, and that was fun, but I'd like that better if it made one connected scene instead of a bunch of little figures that sit around close to each other. I think it would be really cool to create a Lego village over many years or something like that. We have done tea calendars in the past. We have done Adagio Teas twice and another brand that escapes me another time.

No. I don't consider it a realistic risk that someone would hack my computer or phone to use my camera. There isn't any quick, valuable information they could get from that. They could count the animals, couch pillows, or pictures in the sun room I use as my office, and they might learn that I don't put on my makeup or take off my PJs until after DH gets up in the morning. The worst that could happen is that I could accidentally turn it on during a meeting, but I think is more embarrassing to be the person with the video of darkness playing.
My general rule of thumb for all things online is that I don't expose any more information than a person could through a casual conversation with me or overhearing walking down the street/in a parking lot. Since I would tell someone about my sun room office and it is visible to someone on my front or back porch (or with a drone on the street), it meets my sniff test.

I would tread a little lightly because the relationships on the DNA sites are just guesses based on percentages of shared DNA, so a 1 cousin 1x removed could be a 2nd or 3rd cousin or something completely different. I would start by looking at any other shared matches and maybe reaching out to see if they knew the person. Some of the sites let you see the amount of DNA shared with the shared matches - those are good for this type of research.

I am so confused by the new SEC matchup schedule. Could they have made it any more complicated?
Ole Miss is off this week, so we'll probably pay attention to the the LSU/Auburn game since we play Auburn next week.

I got married for the 2nd time this last November. We did make a registry, so you might look on Amazon, Target, etc. for ideas of things they may need. We had some things that just needed replacing after 25+ years of use and we wanted some new things to make our combined house feel more like US than like HIM and HER, especially since I was moving into his house. We got mostly gift cards (which all worked!) with a few registry items.

I have one about that size, and I had a pair of stairs that I could never get her to use. She would stand beside them and wait until they were moved. We have a hope chest at the end of the bed, and she can get on that and then the bed. When she can't use that any more, I'll get something like this dog ramp that we could also use to her her in the big SUV.

DD's roommate is getting married in the spring, and she and her fiancé went ahead and moved into an apartment this past weekend, so I needed a few things to fill out her dorm apartment. I just ordered a lamp, and I'm looking for day bed pillows (to make the twin bed in the 2nd room into a couch/day bed) and a rug.

I usually go between a pink and a teal, no matter the season. I might go for a darker shade of teal for fall or winter.

Ours had signs up everywhere last week that they were closing early (6 rather than 10) due to staffing. I’m having the worst time with them having my medications. To make it worse, they don’t fill the medication when they do get more until you happen to call or drop by to see if it is in, and their stores are no longer connected so they can’t check stock in surrounding stores. I’m changing pharmacies as a result. I can’t just take a month break every other month, which seems perfectly acceptable to them. They need a complete overhaul.

Ole Miss got the win in another exciting game against Arkansas. This was the 2nd week in a row that every seat in the stadium was still filled at the end of the game. No game next week and away at Auburn the next, so maybe I can catch up on some weekend errands and projects.

I haven't noticed that anywhere I shop, but I'll admit, I don't shop for laundry detergent, toothpaste, or deodorant frequently. There are only 2 of us, and even with sending DD a few supplies, we are light users. I've seen a few products in giant. bulky boxes that the cashier has to remove.
What baffles me about those products is that I enjoy watching weekly coupons videos for the stores that offer good coupons (don't use them a lot because keeping a stockpile seems nuts since it would overtake our home in no time), and I've realized I've been massively overpaying for all three of those. On any given week, there is a good deal on one or all of those (and toilet paper, paper towels, and for some reason plug-ins and refills) just using store and manufacturer coupons mostly using Walgreens, CVS, or Dollar General apps.

ETA: There were several “mixed” families around us. The season ticket holder family who normally sits in front of us was dressed with the men in LSU colors and the women in Ole Miss colors and the woman next to me said her husband is a huge LSU fan, but he couldn’t come. Our section is near the visitor section, and the LSU fans were really enthusiastic; I always enjoy their band. The 'mixed' family can get really testy during football season in the SEC! While DH started at Ole Miss, he finished at Miss. State. My dad and sisters went to Miss. State. My youngest niece is the only other one to attend Ole Miss so I finally have company! The worst are the families that were fine until the SEC starting taking in other teams. My BFF is A&M while her DH is LSU - and he is one of the rabid LSU fans! None of our neighbors were SEC and now it seems like they all are (A&M, Texas, Oklahoma). It's sure made football season a bit more interesting! I know what you mean! I married into an Ole Miss family, but I went to State for grad school, and I grew up with USM parents. DD goes and I went to Millsaps. We have Ole Miss season tickets, so we go to Oxford for most home games, and I go to Millsaps games to watch DD’s pep band during one or two away weeks each season.

LSU travels to Oxford to take on Ole Miss. This game could go either way so I'm hoping for the best! I remember fondly the Ole Miss panty raids back in the day with many hundreds of freshman boys storming the girl's dorms chanting WE WANT PANTIES! We were threatened with expulsion if we threw our panties out the window. And there was always the chanting of GO TO HELL OLE MISS, GO TO HELL from the Tiger faithful as the Ole Miss fans chanted right back at us. Who does your team play? GEAUX TIGERS! Hotty toddy! We are almost home from the game. It was a real nail biter! Frankly, neither of our defenses were great, which is why it was back and forth so much. We were luck at the end. I've started ordering local delivery for some things I used to have on auto-replenish from Amazon. I loved, for instance, having heavy cat litter coming every 3 weeks, but the price on Amazon kept changing and they kept having supply issues. Its much more cost effective just to set a reminder every 3 weeks and then see if Kroger or Pet Smart has the lowest price that day.

I'm not crazy about that kind - I think they look and feel like foam, and you have to hide the stem.
Some of the silk flowers look nice, and I like the wood ones, but you have to dye or paint though - not good with little time!
I think in your case, I would find a brand that does pre-made arrangements you like. Try Lings Moments and then look at the Amazon recommendations after you click on one you like. Also, you can be creative - just because they say a set is, for instance, arch flowers, doesn't mean they won't look great flat on a table as a centerpiece.
Be sure to find a greenery you like - that really fills them out.

Could you offer a choice? I typically don't like women's cuts because the sleeves are too short.
ETA: they make unisex cuts with a v-neck and soft fabric - I've had a couple I love.

I have had slight nausea problems all along, but after my last increase in dose (yep, you have to go up from time to time for it to really keep working), I had problems that kept me close to the bathroom. My pharmacy couldn't get it for a few weeks, and after the break and starting back, I haven't had any problems, other than sulfur burp (which anti-gas medication handles). Any stomach problems are at their worst the 2nd day after taking the medicine, so if I take it Sunday night, my worst day is Tuesday. Burps are worse around day 5-6, if they occur at all - it isn't every week. I do get light headed when I stand suddenly (I have low BP) and have to take in some salt when that happens. Gatorade is a life saver. That's not a common side effect. This is important to note. As you begin to lose weight, pay attention to other conditions you are on medication for. If you lose a good deal your other dosages may need adjusting. I have been on BP medicine for 15+ years, with my dosage increasing over the years as I gained more weight. Around the 2 month mark on semaglutide, I started having symptoms of low blood pressure. Over the next 3 months they reduced my BP medication (Valsartin/Hctz) dosage 3 times! I went from 360/25 to 80 (with no HCTZ)!!! My medications also had to be reduced. I've also been craving salt, pickle juice, and Gatorade. This is a good reminder to start paying more attention.

I have 3 or 4 set of Amazon Basics and eBags cubes that I use regularly, and I interchange them. Both sets were purchased in 2015 and have held up well. Looking at those two sets, the REI set is more the style I like - it has a little structure. I don't really like the ones that are all floppy, and I like that they are expandable. I use more of my smaller bags because I pack by item type - small bags for underwear, socks, bras/undershirts/bathing suits and larges ones for shirts, pants. I lay dressy clothes as flat as I can on top (1-2 folds).

I picked up silver dollars when DD was getting to be that age, so it was special money coming from the tooth fairy. There were a few times with "special" teeth when it was higher, and there was at least one with whatever we could find!

I have plenty of space to keep things out, but I go have my closet organized so that sweaters and jackets are in one area. The rest of my wardrobe can move between seasons since it is on the hot side most of the year.

We went on our (delayed) beach honeymoon last week, and, other than dressing up at night, I stayed in bathing suits and cute coverups most of the trip. I brought 3 tankinis and mixed and matched all week. I love being in the water - pool or beach - so I have to be ready!
