I'm in Indianapolis, it's $355 for 30 hours of classroom plus 6 hours behind the wheel. Last year, I only paid $285 for my ds, though, because they were running some kind of special.

My only complaint with mine is that with the wire racks, everything takes up a lot of room. I have 2 bakeware sets and I really like them. I got rid of the wire racks, though. I didn't really see a need for them and like you said, they take up a lot of room. I've found the bakeware to be very durable, I use it every week and so far no chips. I've had my sets about 4 years.

So, I got my results back and I was somewhat surprised. Here's what the report showed
60% Great Britain 12% Iberian Peninsula 8% Italy/Greece 8% Finland/Northwest Russia 5% Europe West 5% European Jewish 1% Ireland, Scandinavia and Caucasus
I wasn't expecting those results at all. We've always been told we are mostly German and Italian with some Welsh and possibly Irish and Scottish . My maternal great grandparents came from Germany and Italy and 1 paternal great grandparent came from Germany. The high % from Great Britain is probably Welsh, my maiden name is a fairly common Welsh surname. I've never heard of any Spanish, Finnish, Jewish or Russian ancestry. I really expected the Western European to be higher, since I've always thought I was mostly German. It's all so interesting!

If you're concerned, I would have him tested. From there, you can make the decision whether or not to get services. My son has been in speech therapy since he was 3. The first year was with a private practice and then at age 4, I was able to start get services through the school district.

Hopefully, the redness has gone down by now, I would have recommended witch hazel. Next time you want to get your brows done, I highly recommend getting them threaded instead. I recently made the switch and I like threading so much better! It's quicker, feels better and I think the end result is better.

Both King's Island and the Great Wolf Lodge are in Mason. We live in IN and we've been going there for years. The traffic around that area is really bad, so I wouldn't want to live too close to that area, but other areas seem pretty nice. We've driven around just to check out the city Downtown Mason has some quaint restaurants and Newport, KY is a short drive. It has a really nice aquarium and a fun riverfront area with lots of shops and restaurants. A friend of mine lives there and is very happy with the schools and kids sports organizations. They also have Skyline Chili-so delish! One other thing I remember is that it's very hilly!

I have found that Goodwill seems to be overpriced in my area lately. And I now choose to donate my gently used items to St. Vincent DePaul as they tend to price very reasonably, and they fulfill a lot of immediate needs in the communities that they are in. I prefer to go to St Vincent DePaul, too. My dd is in theater and I'm always looking for costumes. A few years ago, I needed a formal dress and the cheapest thing I could find at Goodwill was $50 for ugly worn dresses. I ended up finding a beautiful dress at St Vincent's for $5. I never went back to Goodwill. And, like you said, with St Vincents, more money helps those in the community.

who was not allowed to shave above her knees. I felt so sad for her and could not figure out what was wrong with above the knee shaving. OMG. It must have been a "thing" at some point in time! When my mom taught me to shave my legs, she taught me that I only need to shave to my knee, and maybe some strays around it. I did it that way for years and years. It really wasn't until I was much older that I felt the need to shave above my knees consistently. My mom told me that, too. She said it would cause the hair to grow back darker and thicker, definitely an old wives tale. I did it anyway. By the time I was in my late 20's, I didn't really have any hair on my upper legs. Now, in my 50's, it's getting sparse on my lower legs, too.

I'm making the one dish chicken, green beans and potatoes along with honey wheat bread from the bread machine. And per the DH's request, Apple dump cake for dessert (he tagged me in a Tasty recipe on Facebook for the recipe)

Since they are asking, I would definitely let them. My dd was in dance and she started when she had just turned 11-several years before her 1st period. Although, I'm not sure why you'd make that a requirement?

It's out. Claret. It's a deep maroonish color. This is a great color for me. It will save me lots of money! Not thrilled with the new color, it looks too dark for me. I was hoping for something brighter. Guess I'll be saving lots of money, too!

I haven't watched since Season 10, but I decided to watch this year since it's the last season. I've been pleasantly surprised. I really like this group of judges, although I disagreed with some of their decisions. My favorites are Dalton, LaPorsha, and Trent. I also like Sonika and Mackenzie-I remember him from The Voice. It's been fun seeing some of the old Idols, loved Kelly's performance.

DH and I watched it over the weekend and we both really liked it. It did make me realize how I'm not as tech savvy as I thought I was, lol. Also, like Jen said, we thought the ending was weird. I even said to DH, that's it?

I like to keep mine pretty bare, as long as the seats and floor are clear, I'm good. I drive a minivan, the console has the usual things like tissues/napkins, CDs, owners manual, sunglasses, small umbrella. The very back has a large golf umbrella, jumper cables, blanket, dog leash and reusable grocery bags. The kids do have some stuff in the seat pockets and they leave cups in the cup holders, but we try to clean those areas regularly. The crumbs stuck between and under the seats will not be mentioned, I try to pretend they aren't there, lol.

I made meatloaf, buttered noodles and corn for the kids. DH and I had a late lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant and neither of us are hungry. I might have a salad or some fruit later.

I found my first grey hair when I was 25. i didn't start going noticeably grey until I was about 45, eight years ago. I've colored my hair since my early 30s because I liked to, but now I do it because I have to. I go every 4 weeks. If I would let it go natural, I think I would be all grey. My hair stylist has commented that it would be a nice silver grey, but I'm not ready to go there yet

I'm sorry you feel like you're being judged. It's really nobody's business, most don't know your story. I don't care or really notice how people pay or what they have in their cart. These programs are in place to help those truly in need, regardless of how they look. Just because a few take advantage of the system doesn't mean I should judge everyone who uses it.

How special for the kids to experience this just like all other kids their age. It sounds like a very special night. It wasn't just for kids, it was also for adults, which I thought was just wonderful! Our local paper showed pictures on Facebook and there were some of older men and women-it was so heartwarming to see how happy they were. Elaine, glad your boys had fun!
